5 Most Overrated NFL Teams Heading Into Week 7

5. Denver Broncos
The Denver Broncos were lucky to escape with a victory last Thursday night against the defending champion Seahawks. Despite the win, the Broncos still do not look anywhere close to the team that went to last year's AFC Championship Game. Bo Nix has taken a massive step back in his game coming off an ACL injury. Sean Payton has recently taken back the play-calling duties from Davis Webb. We'll see if that helps get things on track, but for now, this team is still trying to find itself on both sides.
1. Los Angeles Rams
Even after a rough 2-3 start, the consensus was that the Rams would get back on track quickly, with an extremely favorable matchup against the Arizona Cardinals. Los Angeles did not get back on track. They now sit at 2-4 and are expected to be without Davante Adams for the next 6-10 weeks. Going into the season, the Rams were viewed as a Super team and virtually a shoo-in to win the NFC West. If they do not figure it out in a hurry, this could turn into the 2011 Eagles 2.0.
2. Indianapolis Colts
The Colts just suffered arguably the worst loss of any team this season, falling at home to the winless Tennessee Titans. This was the final straw for owner Carlie Irsay-Gordon, as she officially pulled the plug on longtime GM Chris Ballard. After giving Daniel Jones a lucrative extension and giving up two first-round picks for Sauce Gardner, the Colts find themselves in a very tough spot for a team that was hoping to replicate their success from the first ten weeks of last season. They have no choice but to try to compete the rest of this season since their 2027 first-round pick is currently held by the New York Jets.
3. Dallas Cowboys
The Cowboys have tried everything they can to improve their defense. Veteran defensive assistant Mike Pettine is helping Christian Parker run the defense. A team many fans had winning the NFC East this year now sits at 2-4 and is searching for answers. If Dak Prescott cannot play like Superman, the Cowboys struggle to beat anybody throughout the league.
4. Seattle Seahawks
Plenty of defending champions go through a bit of a hangover the following season, and Seattle is going through exactly that. Sitting at 3-3, they are now three games behind the undefeated 49ers. Many fans were penciling in a Seahawks vs. Rams NFC Title game this year. For now, Seattle is slightly overrated, but they still have plenty of time to get back on track.
