Mark Andrews (+120)
NFL Playoff Predictions: AFC Bracket | NFC Bracket | Top 6 Super Bowl Picks
At +120, I don’t know how you don’t bet Mark Andrews to find the endzone. Even though his overall production hasn’t been massive, he has scored in six straight games leading into tonight and combined for 11 touchdowns across his last 12 games. He’s the No. 1 red-zone threat for Lamar Jackson by far right now, and that trust will only amplify on Saturday with the potential absence of Zay Flowers.
JK Dobbins (+120)
Chargers vs Texans Odds & Predictions, Free Picks, Prop Bets Today & Injury Updates
Knowing how the Houston Texans have played leading into the playoffs, the Los Angeles Chargers have looked at the film and likely came away with the belief that they can out-physical them and win easily. The Texans haven’t looked good in weeks, and the Chargers continue to grow week-by-week. They have JK Dobbins back in a groove since returning from injury, averaging nearly 70 yards per game since returning, and the Chargers want him to propel this offense. Getting him at +120 to score on Saturday is a price I’m thrilled to be getting.
Nico Collins (+135)
Spread: Chargers -3 (-102) | Moneyline: Chargers -162 | Texans +135 | Total: 41.5
Given how the Texans have looked in recent weeks, if there were any chance for them to run away with this game, it would solely be on the back of Nico Collins. I don’t think it can be from Joe Mixon, given the Texans’ recent struggles running the ball and the Chargers’ physicality, but Collins is a pure matchup nightmare for every defense. It wouldn’t surprise me if CJ Stroud targets him 15 times on Saturday, and given his prevalence both in the red zone and as a deep threat, getting him at +135 to score is something I need to back.
Quentin Johnston (+240)
Wild Card Weekend Player Props: LAC-HOU | PIT-BAL | DEN-BUF | GB-PHI
A lot has been made about the emergence of Ladd McConkey as a rookie, and as great as he has been, he’s overly juiced to find the endzone at +125, having only scored in five different games this year. Down the depth chart, we have a ton of confidence in Quentin Johnston to find the endzone at a great +240. He has one more touchdown on the season and is coming off a staggering 13-catch, 186-yard game in Week 18. I can’t believe we’re still getting him at +240 to score on Saturday, so I’m all over it.
How to Approach Derrick Henry (-180)
Steelers vs. Ravens Odds & Predictions, Free Picks, Prop Bets Today & Injury Updates
Derrick Henry is the most potent touchdown scorer on Saturday’s slate, priced at -180 to find the endzone, so how should we best approach him to maximize value? We want action on him in some capacity as we have no faith in the Steelers to slow him down after he ran for 162 yards against them a few weeks ago, so the simplest way would be to parlay him to score with the Ravens to cover a 2.5-point alternate spread, for a -125 wager. Additionally, you could parlay him to score and run for at least 80 yards for a +100 wager. We also can’t ignore his potential to score twice at a nice +330 price.
Najee Harris (+240) the Steelers Last Hope?
Spread: Ravens -9.5 (-106) | Moneyline: Ravens -520 | Steelers +400 | Total: 43.5
The Steelers might be toast, with their only potential of keeping this game close would be to establish the ground game somehow early with Najee Harris and stick to it. Given my lack of trust in Russell Wilson right now, I don’t want to back any of the receivers, so getting Harris at +240 is a bet worth considering if you're optimistic about the Steelers. He only has six touchdowns on the year, but I trust his legs more than Wilson’s arm now.
