TE: Tyler Conklin - New York Jets (37.2% rostered)
We knew it would take a bit of time for Aaron Rodgers and his pass-catchers to get on the same page, and it feels like that connection is growing between him and tight end Tyler Conklin. He has seen an increase in targets over the past four weeks and had the third-most fantasy points among tight ends to not score a touchdown in Week 5. If you are struggling at tight end like most of us, he's worth a stash as he continues to build his chemistry with Rodgers.
QB: Caleb Williams - Chicago Bears (44.6% rostered in ESPN leagues)
It looks like it's finally starting to come together for Caleb Williams and the Chicago Bears offense. The rookie signal-caller was 20-for-29 for 304 yards and a pair of touchdowns. After going for 300 passing yards in back-to-back weeks, he became the first Bears rookie quarterback in franchise history to toss multiple 300+ yard passing games. He is finally displaying his elite ability and should be rostered in all formats entering Week 6.

RB: Tyrone Tracy Jr. - New York Giants (18.4% rostered)
What a performance from rookie Tyrone Tracy Jr. in the absence of Devin Singletary. The rookie showed power, speed, and agility in Sunday's performance, with 18 carries for 129 yards. Singletary's status ahead of Week 6 is uncertain, but we imagine Tracy will not be going away any time soon after that performance. He feels like one of the bigger waiver wire pickups of the season at running back, given his upside and the opportunity to become the RB1, so we're willing to splash a good amount of FAAB on him.
RB: Tank Bigsby - Jacksonville Jaguars (9.5% rostered)
Do we have a bit of backfield competition in Jacksonville? Lead back Travis Etienne did suffer a shoulder injury in Sunday's win over the Colts, but Tank Bigsby had already been carving into his workload this season. He had a career-high in touches and yards with 14 for 129, and he will surely be an integral part of the backfield moving forward. If Etienne were to miss next week's matchup against the Bears, Bigsby would be a top-ten option at running back in Week 6.

WR: Jalen Tolbert - Dallas Cowboys (7.6% rostered)
The reports of Dak Prescott and Jalen Tolbert working out together in the offseason made us bullish on his chances of becoming a breakout stud in the Dallas passing game. It's taken him a few weeks to break out, but the injury to Brandin Cooks gave him a golden opportunity on Sunday Night Football. Tolbert grabbed that opportunity with both hands, hauling in seven of his ten targets for 87 yards and the game-winning touchdown. For Prescott to show that level of trust in him on their final offensive play speaks volumes, and we believe he could be an elite complement to CeeDee Lamb in the passing game.
WR: Darius Slayton - New York Giants (4.2% rostered)
Darius Slayton turned in his most productive performance in four seasons on Sunday as he and Daniel Jones carved up a porous Seahawks secondary all afternoon. It was promising to see someone step up in the absence of Malik Nabers to help the Giants pull off the upset. He likely won't be a long-term answer for your fantasy team, but he could be worth a spot start at your flex position if Nabers is out again this week and you are facing a few bye weeks on your roster.
