5. Dave Roberts, Los Angeles Dodgers
Let's end this with a bit of a shocker. If the Los Angeles Dodgers choke away the NL West in September, or don't go deep into October for the second year in a row, Dave Roberts has to be on the hot seat. There have been some questionable decisions over the years with Roberts at the helm as manager, and if the World Series favorite underachieves again, his time could be up in LA.

1. Oliver Marmol, St. Louis Cardinals
The St. Louis Cardinals are not only in danger of missing the postseason for the second year in a row, they also might finish under .500 again. Last season was an absolute disaster for the Cardinals, and although this year has seen some positives, there haven't been enough where you can justify keeping Oliver Marmol in the fold. It was almost a surprise after the Cardinals were swept by the Cincinnati Reds this week that Marmol was still employed. That might have more to do with ownership not wanting to cut a cheque to make this issue go away.

2. John Schneider, Toronto Blue Jays
To say it's been a disastrous season for the Toronto Blue Jays would be an understatement. Something has to give this offseason, and it doesn't appear much will change from a management standpoint. That leaves the manager. John Schneider has had a troublesome tenure during his first crack as an MLB manager. There are bigger problems with overall roster construction here, but Schneider certainly deserves some of the blame for how he's managed some of these games. It won't be a surprise to see the Blue Jays looking for a new bench boss this offseason.
3. Scott Servais, Seattle Mariners
If the Seattle Mariners fall short in the postseason race for the second year in a row, Scott Servais might not have a job with Seattle anymore. Although Servais has done an admirable job of helping turn around the M's, with a rotation like this, it would be unacceptable to miss the postseason two consecutive seasons. It's not a stretch to say that Servais is coaching for his job down the stretch in Seattle.

4. Bud Black, Colorado Rockies
It almost feels like it would be a slight pity firing if the Colorado Rockies part ways with Bud Black this offseason. The Rockies have been a mess from top to bottom of late, and even though Black shouldn't shoulder the blame, someone has to. The Rockies are one of the most lackluster franchises in professional sports at the moment, and letting Black go to potentially manage elsewhere could be in the cards.
