MLB Betting Guide for June 4: Spiraling Windy City Baseball

All 30 MLB teams are in action today, so let’s get into everything you need to know for the night ahead.

Atop the NL, the Philadelphia Phillies and Milwaukee Brewers will meet in another fun matchup after Rhys Hoskins’s homecoming last night. Later on, the Los Angeles Dodgers head on the road to face the Pittsburgh Pirates. Additionally, the Atlanta Braves will hope to continue to chip away at the gap in the standings against the Boston Red Sox tonight.

Down the standings, the Chicago Cubs and Chicago White Sox will meet in a battle of Chicago, but after a strong start to the season, the Cubs have been downright awful since, now sitting with a 29-31. While Shota Imanaga will take the mound tonight, his epic start to the season came crashing down last week when he got shelled by the Brewers. We know the White Sox season has been nothing short of a dumpster fire, too, so if Imanaga doesn’t bring his A-game tonight, this could be one ugly game to watch. Baseball is better when Chicago has good clubs, and it’s hard to be convinced that either club will be elite soon.

In the AL, the New York Yankees will start a series tonight back home against the Minnesota Twins, and we have you covered with a +1200 ultimate same-game parlay. The Yankees’ divisional opponents in the Baltimore Orioles and Toronto Blue Jays will also continue on their series. At the same time, the Kansas City Royals and Cleveland Guardians will open their series tonight in Cleveland as both teams look to continue to shatter expectations.
