The guard will be transferring to the Kansas Jayhawks for his senior season. In three seasons with the Loyola Chicago Ramblers, Dawson saw progressively increasing duties, culminating in 13.9 points per game and 32 starts as a junior.
74. Elijah Saunders
Previous Team: Virginia Cavaliers
2025 Commitment: Maryland TerrapinsWith one season of eligibility remaining, Elijah Saunders is on the move. The 6'8'' forward was a regular for the Virginia Cavaliers, starting 26 of 29 games last season and averaging 10.4 points per game. Saunders's next stop takes him to the Maryland Terrapins.
75. Corey Chest
Previous Team: LSU Tigers
2025 Commitment: Ole Miss RebelsA change of scenery could help Corey Chest level up his play. The 6'8'' forward averaged a whopping 6.6 rebounds per game as a freshman, adding 6.1 points per game. But his time in Baton Rouge has come to an end, as Chest will be moving to the Ole Miss Rebels for his sophomore campaign.
76. Sebastian Mack
Previous Team: UCLA Bruins
2025 Commitment: Missouri TigersSebastian Mack's time with the UCLA Bruins has come to an end. Mack started 30 of 33 games as a freshman, but came off the bench almost exclusively in 2024-25. He entered the transfer portal and committed to the Missouri Tigers for his junior season.
77. Vyctorius Miller
Previous Team: LSU Tigers
2025 Commitment: Oklahoma State CowboysThe LSU Tigers will look like an entirely different basketball team next season. Vyctorius Miller was another Tigers' player to enter the transfer portal this offseason, and it didn't take long for him to find a new home. Miller is off to the Big 12, joining the Oklahoma State Cowboys for the 2025-26 season.
78. Abdi Bashir Jr.
Previous Team: Monmouth Hawks
2025 Commitment: Kansas State WildcatsAbdi Bashir Jr. had one of the most productive seasons in the country. The former Monmouth Hawks guard averaged north of 20 points per game, while attempting 17.8 field goals per game. That's exactly the kind of offense the Kansas State Wildcats were looking for, signing Bashir Jr. for next season.
79. TK Simpkins
Previous Team: Elon Phoenix
2025 Commitment: Oregon DucksAfter two stellar seasons with the Elon Phoenix, TK Simpkins has earned a shot in a Power Five conference. The junior is making the jump to the Big Ten, committing to the Oregon Ducks for next year. There Simpkins will have the chance to improve on his 16.1 points per game he put up last season.
80. Dishon Jackson
Previous Team: Iowa State Cyclones
2025 Commitment: Pittsburgh PanthersWith one season of eligibility remaining, Dishon Jackson is off to his third program in as many years. The center averaged 8.5 points and 5.1 rebounds with the Iowa State Cyclones in 2024-25, both declines from his previous season's totals with the Charlotte 49ers. Jackson will be hoping for a renaissance with the Pittsburgh Panthers.
81. Kobe Magee
Previous Team: Drexel Dragons
2025 Commitment: Florida State SeminolesCount Kobe Magee as one of the top transfers making the jump from mid-major to Power Five this offseason. The junior shooting guard hit 47.2% from the floor last season, including a tidy 43.9% from distance. Magee will get the chance to improve on that with the Florida State Seminoles next season.
82. Duncan Powell
Previous Team: Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets
2025 Commitment: Georgetown HoyasDuncan Powell will be using his last season of eligibility with the Georgetown Hoyas. The forward put up 12.2 points and 5.4 rebounds with the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets in 2024-25, both of which should continue to trend upward in the Big East. This is Powell's fourth team in as many seasons.
83. Jaylen Carey
Previous Team: Vanderbilt Commodores
2025 Commitment: Tennessee VolunteersJaylen Carey is making the in-state transfer, going from the Vanderbilt Commodores to the Tennessee Volunteers. The forward saw a sharp decrease in efficiency, going from 66.9% shooting as a freshman to 48.8% as a junior. Carey should have no problem improving that with the Vols next year.
84. Tyreek Smith
Previous Team: Memphis Tigers
2025 Commitment: Kansas State WildcatsTyreek Smith's journey through the college basketball ranks has been long and winding. But he appears to have reached his final destination.
The Louisiana native joined the Texas Tech Red Raiders in 2020-21, receiving an extra year of eligibility due to the COVID-19 pandemic. After a brief stint in Lubbock, Smith quickly moved on to the Oklahoma State Cowboys for two seasons. From there, he joined the SMU Mustangs for the 2023-24 campaign before signing on with the Memphis Tigers. Smith didn't play for the Mustangs, instead transferring to the Kansas State Wildcats following a NIL dispute.
Smith is incredibly efficient from the floor, shooting 60.0% throughout his collegiate career. Still, he is waiting for a starting opportunity, something the Wildcats should accommodate next season.
85. Jevon Porter
Previous Team: Loyola Marymount Lions
2025 Commitment: Missouri TigersAfter a stellar sophomore campaign in which he averaged 16.4 points per game, Jevon Porter took a step back this season. The Loyola Marymount Lions forward mustered 12.5 points per game, with over a three-point drop in his shooting percentage. Nevertheless, Porter will have the chance to bounce back next season, as he joins a Missouri Tigers team that re-established themselves as an SEC contender.
86. Moe Odum
Previous Team: Pepperdine Waves
2025 Commitment: Arizona State Sun DevilsMoe Odum is the quintessential point guard. This past season, the Bronx native averaged 13.1 points, 7.5 rebounds, and 3.2 assists with the Pepperdine Waves. Odum put Pepperdine on his back, posting a double-double in four of his last five games. As it turns out, those will be his last five games out West, as the junior will be transferring to the Arizona State Sun Devils for the 2025-26 campaign.
87. Isaiah Johnson-Arigu
Previous Team: Miami Hurricanes
2025 Commitment: St. Thomas TommiesIsaiah Johnson-Arigu's unspectacular freshman season resulted in his transfer to the Iowa Hawkeyes partway through the 2024-25 season. The small forward exercised his transfer right after Miami Hurricanes head coach Jim Larranga retired after Christmas.
Johnson-Arigu appeared in eight games for the Hurricanes, attempting just ten shots this season. A former three-star recruit, the Minnesota native was used sparingly off the bench before his departure. Johnson-Arigu averaged just 5.4 minutes per game, totaling eight points across those outings.
Johnson-Arigu will be able to earn a more prominent role with the Hawkeyes. But with three years of eligibility left, his tenure in Iowa could get off to an equally tepid start.
88. Brock Harding
Previous Team: Iowa Hawkeyes
2025 Commitment: TCU Horned FrogsBrock Harding is another former Iowa Hawkeye on his way out of town. The sophomore guard entered the transfer portal after the Hawkeyes' underwhelming end to the season, quickly signing on to play with the TCU Horned Frogs. Hardin improved his metrics across the board in 2024-25 and will continue his development in Fort Worth.
89. Jalen Warley
Previous Team: Florida State Seminoles
2025 Commitment: Gonzaga BulldogsJalen Warley's time with the Virginia Cavaliers was brief and uneventful. Without appearing in a game for the Cavaliers, the 6'7" wing has committed to playing his senior season with the Gonzaga Bulldogs.
After three seasons with the Florida State Seminoles, Warley entered the transfer portal at the end of the 2023-24 campaign. He signed on with the Cavaliers, but pulled chute when Tony Bennett retired ahead of this season. As a result, Warley decided to redshirt the 2024-25 campaign, saving his final season of eligibility.
Warley has a career 42.2% shooting percentage, yielding just 6.0 points per game. Still, he's improved his point production each successive year, and the Zags have a proven track record of extracting maximum offensive value from their players. Finally, Warley has the opportunity to live up to his four-star billing.

90. Ugnius Jarusevicius
Previous Team: Central Michigan Chippewas
2025 Commitment: Nebraska CornhuskersThe Nebraska Cornhuskers know exactly what they're getting with Ugnius Jarusevicius. The 6'8" Lithuanian took big strides forward in his junior season, improving his shooting percentage by over 10.0% and adding more than five rebounds per game to his previous year's total. Surely, Jarusevicius will make his presence felt in Nebraska's frontcourt next year.
1. Bennett Stirtz
Previous Team: Drake Bulldogs
2025 Commitment: Iowa HawkeyesBennett Stirtz has been doing this all season, but it wasn't until he led the Drake Bulldogs to a first-round upset in the NCAA Tournament that he finally started getting the credit he deserved. The junior guard ranked 41st in the nation in scoring, averaging 19.2 points per game on 49.8% shooting. He'll likely build on those benchmarks next season with the Iowa Hawkeyes. Stirtz is following head coach Ben McCollum to Iowa, and Hawkeyes nation is better with both of them in tow.
