7:00 p.m. ET – TCU at West Virginia
Spread: TCU (-5.5) | Moneyline: TCU (-220) | Total: 152.5
Where to Watch: ESPN+ | Location: WVU Coliseum in Morgantown, WV
The TCU Horned Frogs have lost three of their past four games and now find themselves hovering on the bubble for the NCAA Tournament. A loss at West Virginia would be disastrous. The Mountaineers are only 4-12 in the Big 12, and this would qualify as a bad loss at this point in the season.
TCU is favored by 5.5, but the SportsGrid model has the Horned Frogs rolling to a 15.5-point victory. That makes this a five-star projection and one of the strongest bets of the night. The moneyline is set at -220, and the model projects the Horned Frogs to win 90% of the time. Finally, the model projects this game to end up with a total of 148.9 points. With the total listed at 152.5, the under is a safe bet for this contest.
SportsGrid’s Best Bets: TCU (-5.5), TCU (-220), UNDER 152.5 | SportsGrid Projections: 5-stars

8:00 p.m. ET – Florida Atlantic at North Texas
Spread: FAU (-1.5) | Moneyline: FAU (-122) | Total: 136.5
Where to Watch: ESPN+ | Location: The Super Pit in Denton, Texas
The Florida Atlantic Owls hope to return to the NCAA Tournament and replicate last season’s dream run to the Final Four. For that to have a chance of happening, they need to avoid a loss at North Texas. The Owls play the Mean Green in a game at The Super Pit, with the road team listed as only a 1.5-point favorite. North Texas has won two straight games, but just a week ago, they lost a home game to UTSA. The SportsGrid model thinks FAU should be favored by much more and projects nearly a 12-point win for the Owls. This is one of three five-star projections on this game.
FAU is only listed at -122 on the moneyline and represents excellent value. The SportsGrid model has them winning this game 80% of the time. Finally, the point total is listed at only 136.5, but the model has this game reaching the 140s (141.2) and believes the over is the right play.
SportsGrid’s Best Bets: FAU (-1.5), FAU (-122), OVER 136.5 | SportsGrid Projections: 5-stars
