2) Tennessee Volunteers
Josh Heupel has turned the Volunteers into a contender over the last couple of seasons courtesy of his high-level recruiting and ability to put his team in the position to play on game day. Nonetheless, it's hard to overlook the fact that the Vols were forced to cut ties with their starting quarterback, Nico Iamaleava, this offseason, leaving them looking for scraps in the transfer portal, which led them to Joey Aguilar. Aguilar found himself on the wrong end of the fallout in Tennessee, which essentially cost him his starting job at UCLA. All that to say, the step down at talent under center is a glaring concern for Heupel's squad, especially considering the other lost talent on offense via the NFL Draft and transfer portal.
