No. 13 Kansas State Wildcats (-6.5) vs. BYU Cougars
Even going on the road to a challenging environment at BYU, I think the Kansas State Wildcats are being slightly undervalued in this matchup.
Prediction: Kansas State 28, BYU 20

No. 24 Illinois Fighting Illini vs. No. 22 Nebraska Cornhuskers (-8.5)
As much as I've been impressed with the Nebraska Cornhuskers early on, Illinois hasn't shown us their full potential in the running game, and that helps them keep this close on the road.
Prediction: Nebraska 27, Illinois 21
NC State Wolfpack vs. No. 21 Clemson Tigers (-20.5)
The Clemson Tigers have looked good lately, while we have little confidence that NC State can move the football on offense. The Tigers win big.
Prediction: Clemson 34, NC State 10
Marshall Thundering Herd vs. No. 3 Ohio State Buckeyes (-39.5)
The Ohio State Buckeyes haven't given us any pause in considering them a national title contender, which won't change in this great matchup at home.
Prediction: Ohio State 50, Marshall 7
Arkansas State Red Wolves vs. No. 20 Iowa State Cyclones (-21.5)
This Iowa State Cyclones team might be sneaky good. In a matchup that favors them heavily on paper, we like the home side to have another big showing and stay perfect.
Prediction: Iowa State 34, Arkansas State 10
Miami (OH) RedHawks vs. No. 17 Notre Dame Fighting Irish (-27.5)
Projecting what you will get from the Notre Dame Fighting Irish weekly is difficult. If we had confidence in the RedHawks, we wouldn't think twice about picking them to cover.
Prediction: Notre Dame 34, Miami (OH) 6
No. 11 USC Trojans (-5.5) vs. No. 18 Michigan Wolverines
Even with a quarterback change, I haven't seen enough from the Michigan Wolverines on offense to project significant changes this week. On the other hand, I like what the Trojans are doing a lot.
Prediction: USC 27, Michigan 18

Vanderbilt Commodores vs. No. 7 Missouri Tigers (-21.5)
Although the Missouri Tigers haven't popped on offense quite like we expected, this is an excellent opportunity for them to flip the script and have a dominant showing at home.
Prediction: Missouri 38, Vanderbilt 15
Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets vs. No. 19 Louisville Cardinals (-10.5)
Usually, when a number is suspicious, the sportsbooks know something. As much as we like the Cardinals, we'll ride with the Yellow Jackets to keep this close.
Prediction: Louisville 31, Georgia Tech 22
UCLA Bruins vs. No. 16 LSU Tigers (-24.5)
The LSU Tigers haven't impressed from a consistency standpoint, and the UCLA Bruins haven't either, but this number is too big for our liking.
Prediction: LSU 38, UCLA 18
Kent State Golden Flashes vs. No. 10 Penn State Nittany Lions (-48.5)
Penn State is a program that many people continue to sleep on this season. Let's see the offense find some rhythm in this matchup that shouldn't be all that close vs. Kent State.
Prediction: Penn State 54, Kent State 3

Buffalo Bulls vs. No. 23 Northern Illinois Huskies (-13.5)
It will be interesting to see if the Northern Illinois Huskies can continue to string together victories after an upset win on the road at Notre Dame.
Prediction: Northern Illinois 27, Buffalo 13
No. 12 Utah Utes (-1.5) vs. No. 14 Oklahoma State Cowboys
There's a lot of intrigue surrounding this big matchup, which the oddsmakers are billing as a pick 'em. We're not sold on Utah, so we're backing the Cowboys in this spot.
Prediction: Oklahoma State 30, Utah 27

No. 8 Miami Hurricanes (-16.5) vs. South Florida Bulls
Cam Ward is the frontrunner for the Heisman trophy, and for good reason. Let's see how he responds in a challenging road environment.
Prediction: Miami 40, South Florida 23
No. 6 Tennessee Volunteers (-6.5) vs. No. 15 Oklahoma Sooners
In what many view as the game of the week, the Tennessee Volunteers visit Oklahoma for an SEC clash. With how explosive this Volunteers offense looks under Nico Iamaleava, it's hard to fade them, even in a tough matchup on the road.
Prediction: Tennessee 35, Oklahoma 25
Bowling Green Falcons vs. No. 25 Texas A&M Aggies (-22.5)
We haven't seen enough from the Texas A&M Aggies to be confident in their ability to blow out their opponents in a matchup. Let's see if that changes here.
Prediction: Texas A&M 33, Bowling Green 17
Georgia Southern Eagles vs. No. 5 Ole Miss Rebels (-34.5)
The Ole Miss Rebels continue to be an afterthought in the SEC, and they like it that way. Look for another dominant showing from Lane Kiffin's program.
Prediction: Ole Miss 48, Georgia Southern 10
UL Monroe Warhawks vs. No. 1 Texas Longhorns (-44.5)
Full steam ahead for the Texas Longhorns. It doesn't matter who plays quarterback for this team. The offense is explosive with either signal-caller, and it's easy to envision another blowout home win.
Prediction: Texas 51, UL Monroe 3
