25. Chandler Morris, North Texas
Chandler Morris's playstyle is characterized by his ability to extend plays with his legs, giving receivers more time to get open. At North Texas, he demonstrated a keen ability to read defenses and make quick decisions under pressure, showcasing his intelligence and poise. You would have liked to see him in a better system against higher level competition, but there are still real tools to get excited about with Morris.
1. Shedeur Sanders, Colorado
As the 2025 NFL Draft approaches, the buzz surrounding Shedeur Sanders is impossible to ignore. The critical question now is whether this momentum will propel him to the coveted first-overall pick by the Titans. Sanders' remarkable pocket presence was a highlight of his tenure with the Colorado Buffaloes, culminating in a stellar season that included 4,134 passing yards, 37 touchdowns, and just ten interceptions. It's hard to envision Sanders isn't selected in the top five at this stage of the draft process.
2. Cam Ward, Miami
NFL Draft: Ranking the Top Running Backs
Whether you want to rank Cam Ward or Shedeur Sanders as the top quarterback prospect in this draft class, we're not going to fight you on that. Ward possesses the athleticism and arm strength that are popular traits in franchise quarterbacks at the next level. His exceptional numbers in 2024 at Miami have really turned heads. If the Titans opt for a quarterback with the first overall pick, they have a difficult decision on their hands in separating the top two in this draft class.
3. Jaxson Dart, Ole Miss
NFL Draft: Ranking the Top Wide Receivers
It might catch a few off guard, but Jaxson Dart was my top pick as the top QB playing in the 2025 Senior Bowl. Dart showcases a blend of sheer talent, formidable arm strength, and impressive collegiate production, marking him as a standout prospect under center. Dart ranks as my third-best quarterback in this year's draft pool. With the requisite physical attributes for an NFL starting quarterback, Dart's stock has been on the rise throughout the week as he gears up for the 2025 NFL Draft.
4. Jalen Milroe, Alabama
NFL Draft: Ranking the Top Tight Ends
For those captivated by sheer athleticism, Jalen Milroe could easily top the list of quarterbacks in this class. Milroe possesses the arm strength and agility necessary to be a playmaker, yet his precision and decision-making invite legitimate scrutiny. At the NFL tier, he represents a developmental endeavor with immense upside. If a team can unlock the potential, they might have just hit the jackpot.
5. Quinn Ewers, Texas
NFL Draft: Ranking the Top Offensive Linemen
Quinn Ewers is a difficult prospect to project. His pocket presence is NFL quality, but he lacks the necessary mobility that you're looking for in a quarterback with where the NFL is heading. The tools are certainly there for him to thrive in the right system at the next level, but he lacked growth this season at Texas, which somewhat stalled his development and upside in many scouts eyes.

6. Riley Leonard, Notre Dame
Riley Leonard displays tantalizing potential to thrive at the next level, thanks to his impressive rushing skills. However, doubts linger regarding his capacity to achieve elite status, primarily due to real weaknesses in his passing game. Leonard possesses many attributes desired in a professional quarterback. Those who believe in his arm talent may rank him more favorably than others.
7. Kyle McCord, Syracuse
After making the leap from Ohio State to Syracuse, quarterback Kyle McCord delivered an impressive season for the Orange. McCord's tenure at Syracuse marked his finest collegiate performance, capturing the attention of scouts nationwide. His outstanding play culminated in a top-ten finish in Heisman Trophy voting, significantly enhancing his prospects for the NFL Draft.
8. Will Howard, Ohio State
Will Howard showcased his value to NFL scouts when he helped lead the Ohio State Buckeyes to a national championship. You have to take some of his production with a grain of salt when you factor in the protection and weapons he had with the Buckeyes, but it's hard to ignore him as a legitimate mid-round quarterback at this stage in the process.
9. Dillon Gabriel, Oregon
Dillon Gabriel's collegiate career was marked by consistent performances, notably during his tenures at Oklahoma and Oregon. His pinpoint accuracy, particularly on the move and outside the pocket, is something that really catches the eye. However, concerns about Gabriel center on his stature and physical attributes. Typically, smaller quarterbacks compensate with exceptional mobility, a trait that Gabriel has yet to fully demonstrate, posing questions about his transition to the next level.
10. Tyler Shough, Louisville
Tyler Shough's collegiate journey spanned an intriguing seven years, starting at Oregon in 2018, moving to Texas Tech in 2021, and culminating at Louisville. It was during his stint at Louisville that Shough's draft prospects really began to shimmer, capturing the attention of many draft analysts. However, a point of contention remains: Shough's performances only truly sparkled on tape in his last college season, raising questions about his consistency and long-term potential.
11. Kurtis Rourke, Indiana
Kurtis Rourke played a big role in bringing the Indiana Hoosiers back to relevancy in 2024. Although there are real question marks about whether he'll ever start games at the next level, Rourke has continued to provide a solid floor with his projection. He'll likely fluctuate up and down draft boards as a result.
12. Donovan Smith, Houston
The more you watched Donovan Smith throughout his collegiate career, the more he started to grow on you as a legitimate prospect. Although the numbers weren't good this year, the physical tools and arm talent make him someone that we'll be keeping a close eye on as the draft approaches.
13. Brady Cook, Missouri
Although it wasn't an overly impressive year for Missouri when you factor in expectations, Brady Cook still showcased some real talent for the Tigers. Cook has the football IQ and overall athleticism to find his way to the next level. The only question remaining is what his ceiling is at that level.
14. Kevin Jennings, SMU
Kevin Jennings playmaking skills were on display this year as he helped lead SMU to a College Football Playoff berth. Jennings has the ability to use his legs and has arm that many are impressed with. Jennings is at his best on the fly when taking on the blitz, which help produced some of his best highlight tape this year.
15. Max Brosmer, Minnesota
Although the overall mobility isn't ideal with Max Brosmer, his strong arm and accuracy make up for more than enough of that. Brosmer has some leadership traits that NFL teams covet, and his time at Minnesota showcased he has a lot of pro traits that should drive him some interest.
16. DJ Uiagalelei, Florida State
To say that DJ Uiagalelei didn't meet expectations throughout his college tenure would be an understatement. The talented prospect wasn't able to take the next step at Clemson, and followed that up with some puzzling time at Florida State. It's completely possible that a team will be enamored by his tool kit, but it's still difficult to see him putting it all together with the sample size we saw from him in college.
17. KJ Jefferson, UCF
With the size and strength that KJ Jefferson operates with, it's hard to bring him down in the pocket. Jefferson has good speed and mobility for a player of his stature, and also has genuine arm strength that can make his passes pop at times. Jefferson had a good career in college, but you have to question whether he can process the game well enough to find his way onto the field at the next level.
18. Will Rogers, Washington
If you're looking for a quarterback that get the ball out quickly and use solid football IQ to make good reads, Will Rogers has some potential value. You have to also appreciate the experience he brings with over 40 starts at the collegiate level. Where Rogers might fall short is with his overall mobility and athleticism, which are two standout traits that highlight where the NFL is headed at the position.
19. Graham Mertz, Florida
Injuries were a factor during his final year at Florida, but Graham Mertz did show some noticeable improvement in this stretch compared to his time at Wisconsin. The tools are there for him to put it together at the next level, but there are simply a lot of consistency question marks as to whether he can continue on a positive trajectory.
20. Hudson Card, Purdue
Arm strength remains the calling card for Hudson Card throughout his time at Purdue. Still, there are many more question marks to consider with this player, highlighted by his overall decision making and ability to process an opposing defense.

21. Garrett Greene, West Virginia
Garrett Greene is a dynamic and versatile quarterback known for his mobility and playmaking ability. At 5'10" and 190 pounds, he combines a compact build with exceptional athleticism, allowing him to evade defenders and extend plays. Greene has a strong arm and is accurate on the move, making him a dual-threat in the backfield. Size and turnovers were the biggest concerns surrounding Greene entering the draft process.
22. Tommy Mellott, Montana State
Tommy Mellott, a promising young quarterback, has quickly become known for his dynamic playstyle and leadership on the field. At 6'2" and weighing around 205 pounds, Mellott boasts a sturdy frame coupled with impressive athleticism, which allows him to be a dual-threat quarterback. His agility and speed make him a constant challenge for defenses. He doesn't have the resume against top programs, which does slightly put some hesitation behind his projection.
23. Seth Henigan, Memphis
Seth Henigan is known for his robust build and strong arm, making him a formidable presence on the field. Standing tall in the pocket, Henigan exhibits excellent poise and awareness, consistently scanning the field to make precise passes. Henigan put together some solid tape at Memphis, which makes us optimistic there will be a market for him.
24. Collin Schlee, Virginia Tech
Standing over 6 feet tall, Collin Schlee combines his impressive physical attributes with a sharp football mind, making him a dual-threat on the field. Schlee exhibits excellent mobility, enabling him to extend plays and evade defenders with ease. There's definite upside with this quarterback, but it depends if teams can look past some of his overall limitations to try and hit a home run.
