The Kansas City Royals placed RHP Alec Marsh on the 60-day injured list while rehabbing his injured right shoulder. Has been shut down since end of June with more shoulder soreness and will receive an injection week of July 21.

The Kansas City Royals transferred LHP Kris Bubic from the 15-day injured list to the 60-day injured list with a left rotator cuff strain.

The Kansas City Royals transferred RHP James McArthur to the 60-day injured list due to an elbow olecranon surgery. Suffered setback in July when he underwent another procedure to remove the second screw that was put in during offseason elbow surgery.
