UNLV Rebels vs Boise State Broncos (-3.5)
It's hard to beat a team twice in one season. Not enough separates these two teams to envision the Broncos picking up two straight over UNLV.
Prediction: UNLV 26, Boise State 23
Tulane Green Wave (-5.5) vs Army Black Knights
I like the offensive balance that the Green Wave have. Army can hang around, but Tulane pulls away late.
Prediction: Tulane 25, Army 17
Western Kentucky Hilltoppers vs Jacksonville State Gamecocks (-4.5)
With some of the injuries Jacksonville State has, I don't believe they'll be able to score enough points to pull off this victory against Western Kentucky.
Prediction: Western Kentucky 25, Jacksonville State 20
Ohio Bobcats vs Miami Ohio RedHawks (-1.5)
In a game that will likely feature a run-heavy approach from both sides, I like the RedHawks defense slightly more.
Prediction: Miami (OH) 28, Ohio 23

Iowa State Cyclones vs Arizona State Sun Devils (-2.5)
I like the pieces of Arizona State's offense. I think the Cyclones will continue having issues stopping the run in this matchup.
Prediction: Arizona State 30, Iowa State 26
Georgia Bulldogs vs Texas Longhorns (-2.5)
As much as it's difficult to defeat a team twice in one year, I don't think the Longhorns passing offense will scare the Bulldogs. The Longhorns lack of mobility at quarterback ultimately is their downfall here.
Prediction: Georgia 24, Texas 21
Marshall Thundering Herd vs Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns (-5.5)
This is a classic offense vs defense matchup. I like the offensive side slightly more with the Ragin' Cajuns.
Prediction: Louisiana 30, Marshall 24
Clemson Tigers vs SMU Mustangs (-2.5)
From start to finish, I've liked the consistency of the Mustangs more than the Tigers. SMU punches their ticket to the CFP and earns a first-round bye.
Prediction: SMU 27, Clemson 23
Penn State Nittany Lions vs Oregon Ducks (-3.5)
I simply don't trust the Penn State Nittany Lions in these big spots. The Oregon Ducks continue exposing teams and stay undefeated entering the CFP.
Prediction: Oregon 28, Penn State 19
