Alabama Crimson Tide
The Alabama Crimson Tide has a clear path to the SEC Championship Game and College Football Playoff entering Week 13. Unfortunately for the Crimson Tide, the college football landscape, specifically in the SEC, was flipped on its head during this week filled with upsets. The Crimson Tide only mustered up three points in a 24-3 loss to the Oklahoma Sooners. You know there will still be people on the committee pushing for Alabama to make the dance, but they sit as a longshot and boast +205 odds after Week 13.
Ole Miss Rebels
After taking down Georgia earlier this month, the Ole Miss Rebels were sitting pretty in the College Football Playoff picture. That's no longer the case after a Week 13 loss to the Florida Gators. The Rebels now sit with an 8-3 record and +440 odds to make the playoff. With their destiny all but in their own hands leading into Week 13, it's hard not to be disappointed with Lane Kiffin and company.
Colorado Buffaloes
After suffering a loss to the Kansas Jayhawks in Week 13, the Colorado Buffaloes no longer control their destiny toward a berth in the Big 12 Championship Game. Deion Sanders and company will need a Week 14 victory over Oklahoma State and other results between BYU, Arizona State, and Iowa State. Before Week 13, the Buffaloes looked like a team ready to contend for a College Football Playoff spot. Now, that faith is no longer in their own hands.
Indiana Hoosiers
Although the Indiana Hoosiers are still alive and well-positioned to make the College Football Playoff, Week 13 against the Ohio State Buckeyes didn't go as planned. The Hoosiers took one on the chin with a 38-15 defeat, suffering their first loss of the season. As much as all the losses around the sport likely helped solidify the Hoosiers' positioning, their performance only confirmed what many thought: this team is fraudulent.

SEC College Football Playoff Teams
What disastrous Week 13 it was for the SEC. Widely labeled as the top conference in college football, Week 13 threw a big punch toward multiple SEC team's College Football Playoff odds. Texas, Georgia, and Tennessee all appear to be good bets to get into the playoff. With three losses, Alabama and Ole Miss have all but been eliminated from the picture. For Texas A&M to stay relevant, they'll need to take down Texas in Week 14 and follow that up with an SEC Championship Game victory over Georgia. There was a time when five teams from the SEC looked like solid bets to make the playoff. That's no longer the case after Week 13.
Heisman Candidates Not Named Travis Hunter
Despite a losing effort, Travis Hunter had another sensational game for the Colorado Buffaloes against Kansas in Week 13. Hunter hauled in eight catches for 125 yards and a pair of scores. With another strong showing, Hunter is now considered a sizable favorite to capture the Heisman trophy, with odds of -750 on the FanDuel Sportsbook. Ashton Jeanty and Cam Ward are still in the mix, but Hunter's showing helped elevate his stock again.
Western Kentucky Hilltoppers
The Western Kentucky Hilltoppers would have clinched a spot in the CUSA Championship Game with a win against Liberty in Week 13. Unfortunately for the Hilltoppers, that didn't transpire. The Hilltoppers now sit in a fight to qualify for the championship game with Liberty and Sam Houston.
Washington State Cougars
The Oregon State Beavers and Washington State Cougars matchup came down to the wire in Week 13. The Beavers came out on top and claimed the Pac-12 "title" after the 41-38 victory. Although there wasn't a ton at stake here, the Beavers must at least be considered for a spot on this list.
