28) Ashton Gillotte, DE, Louisville
Height: 6-3 | Weight: 275 | Class: Senior
2024 Stats: 43 tackles, 4.5 sacks
1) Will Johnson, CB, Michigan
Height: 6-2 | Weight: 194 | Class: Junior
2024 Stats: 2 INTs, 3 PDs, 2 Def TDs
Will Johnson has been one of the most consistent and high-impact defensive backs in college football since arriving at Michigan. The 6’2”, 202-pound cornerback from Detroit made an immediate impression as a freshman in 2022, playing in all 14 games and recording 27 tackles, two tackles for loss, three interceptions, and three pass breakups—earning Freshman All-American honors.
In 2023, Johnson elevated his game even further, earning First-Team All-Big Ten honors. He led the national champion Wolverines with four INTs, including a pick-six, and was named National Championship Game Defensive MVP with four tackles and an interception. Despite battling through early-season knee issues and a late lower-leg injury, he started 11 games and added 27 tackles and 4 PBUs.
His 2024 season, though cut short by a foot injury after six starts, still showcased his playmaking prowess. Johnson totaled 14 tackles, two interceptions, and three pass breakups, earning Third-Team AP All-American honors and an All-Big Ten honorable mention. He also tied a Michigan school record with two interceptions returned for touchdowns in a single season and set the program’s all-time mark with thre career pick-sixes.
NFL scouts value Johnson’s elite combination of size, ball skills, and football IQ—traits that make him one of the most polished cornerback prospects heading into the draft.
2) Mike Green, EDGE, Marshall
Height: 6-3 | Weight: 251 | Class: Sophomore
2024 Stats: 94 tackles, 17 sacks, 3 forced fumbles
Mike Green has quickly become one of the most talked-about defensive prospects heading into the 2025 NFL Draft—and for good reason. The explosive edge rusher is coming off a breakout season that ranks among the best in the country at his position. Green racked up an eye-popping 17 sacks to go along with 81 total tackles, three forced fumbles, and a pair of pass breakups, showcasing his ability to wreck game plans from start to finish.
With that kind of production, it's no surprise teams are paying close attention.
3) Shedeur Sanders, QB, Colorado
Height: 6-2 | Weight: 219 | Class: Senior
2024 Stats: 4,134 passing yards, 37 TD passes, 74.0% completion rate
With the 2025 NFL Draft approaching, Shedeur Sanders has firmly established himself as one of the top quarterback prospects on the board. The buzz surrounding his name continues to grow, raising the question—could his meteoric rise land him the No. 1 overall selection, possibly to a team like the Titans? Sanders put together a remarkable season at Colorado, showcasing elite poise in the pocket while throwing for 4,134 yards, 37 touchdowns, and only 10 interceptions.
4) Shavon Revel Jr., CB, East Carolina
Height: 6-3 | Weight: 193 | Class: Senior
2024 Stats: 8 tackles, 2 INTs, 2 PD in 3 games
After a stellar 2023 campaign, Shavon Revel Jr. entered the following season with legitimate first-round hype. Unfortunately, a torn ACL cut his final college year short, casting doubt over his draft stock and pushing him down several team boards as April approaches.
Even so, the upside remains hard to ignore. Standing at 6-foot-3, Revel Jr. brings the length, physicality, and instincts you want in a true shutdown corner. If he can bounce back and regain his pre-injury form, he has the potential to make those who passed on him regret not rolling the dice. His 2023 tape still speaks volumes.
5) Mason Taylor, TE, LSU
Height: 6-5 | Weight: 255 | Class: Junior
2024 Stats: 55 rec, 546 rec yards, 2 rec TDs
Mason Taylor may have absconded from the on-field testing, but that didn't prevent him from having a solid showing at the 2025 NFL Scouting Combine. Taylor demonstrated his elite pass-catching skills and mobility in Indianapolis, characteristics that have been on full display throughout his time in Baton Rouge.
Taylor doesn't have the gaudiest numbers, but he's been a reliable contributor over the past few years. In his junior season, the hulking 6'5" specimen pulled down 55 catches on 83 targets for 546 yards and two scores. In conjunction with his route-running ability, Taylor is one of the most sought-after tight ends in this year's draft class.
Taylor has a Hall of Fame pedigree, with his dad, Jason Taylor, enshrined in Canton. Mason is a long way from following in those footsteps, but he has all the makings of a productive NFL career.
6) Luther Burden III, WR, Missouri
Height: 5-11 | Weight: 208 | Class: Junior
2024 Stats: 61 rec, 676 rec yards, 8 total TDs
Once regarded as the top receiving talent in his draft class, Luther Burden III has seen his standing slip following a somewhat underwhelming season. Even so, he posted solid numbers—finishing with 60 catches for 666 yards and six touchdowns. As the draft approaches, there's growing speculation that Burden could slide out of the first-round conversation altogether.
7) Donovan Ezeiruaku, EDGE, Boston College
Height: 6-2 | Weight: 247 | Class: Senior
2024 Stats: 80 tackles, 16.5 sacks, 3 forced fumbles
Donovan Ezeiruaku turned heads with a commanding performance in his final college season. The Boston College edge rusher amassed 16.5 sacks, recorded 80 tackles, and forced three fumbles, showcasing a disruptive presence off the edge. If he impresses during his pro day, Ezeiruaku could be one of the prospects making a late surge up draft boards.
