Kansas City Chiefs Injury Report
Isiah Pacheco did not practice for a second straight day on Thursday but was back on a limited basis on Friday. He said he will "absolutely" play come Sunday. Unless there is a significant turn of events, KC fans have little reason to be concerned about the running back's availability. The loss of Joe Thuney is significant and can impact the Chiefs in many ways.
