Game 3 of the National League Divisional Series featuring the Los Angeles Dodgers and San Diego Padres is set for tonight in Petco Park, so we put together our top props for the action.
Michael King OVER 5.5 Strikeouts (+100)
The Dodgers collectively don’t strike out much at all, but Michael King deserves our trust after the Wild Card outing he put out, where he struck out 12 across seven shutout innings. Come on, at +100, that number is cut in half for tonight! Plus, he’s struck out at least six batters in 21 of 31 starts this season, so we’ll take the value and look for King to dominate again.
Walker Buehler UNDER 2.5 Strikeouts (+128)
Come on now. Should we trust Walker Buehler to go deep into tonight’s game? Do the Dodgers even think he can? His strikeout line sitting just at 2.5 indicates that he can only go one time through the Padres’ batting order, and looking at his last start against San Diego, where he even lasted five innings, he accumulated just one strikeout! At +128, we’ll look to the under here with confidence.
Fernando Tatis Jr. 2+ Total Bases (-115)
Fernando Tatis Jr. has been a machine at the plate this postseason, as he’s batting .634 with a 2.151 OPS across four postseason games. We have no trust in Buehler or anyone in the Dodgers’ bullpen to have a dominant outing, so at -115, we’re pretty confident that Taits will feed off the home crowd and record an extra-base hit or have a multi-hit game. He’s swinging too hot of a bat for us to expect anything different.

Shohei Ohtani 1+ Stolen Bases (+168)
If Shohei Ohtani gets on first base, there is no way he’s not going to second, right? He hasn’t stolen a base in either of the first two games, but he stole 11 bases across the final 11 games of the regular season. At +168, what else can we ask for?
Jackson Merrill 1+ RBIs (+145)
Jackson Merrill drove 90 runs in during the regular season, and at +145, we’re all over him to drive in one tonight. I fully expect the Padres to score runs with Walker Buehler on the mound and runners will be on base often tonight. Fernando Tatis Jr. and Manny Machado sit in front of Merrill in the batting order, so if anyone has the best opportunity to drive in runs, it’s Merrill.
