MLB Betting Guide for August 7: NL Wild Card Race Tightening

Thanks to a poor weather day yesterday, we now have a 17-game slate to look forward to today, so let’s dive into all the action set for the day ahead!

Kicking off the afternoon, the first doubleheader featuring the Arizona Diamondbacks and Cleveland Guardians will begin while the Houston Astros and Texas Rangers will meet for the rubber match of their three-game set as well.

Later on, the New York Yankees and Los Angeles Angels will also begin their doubleheader on the Bronx as the Yankees hold a narrow half-game lead over the Baltimore Orioles, who will be playing north of the border tonight against the Toronto Blue Jays.

Plus, we’ll also be locked in on multiple exciting matchups in the National League, beginning in the Steel City as the Pittsburgh Pirates will host the San Diego Padres, where we have a +900 ultimate same-game parlay for the action.
