The NL West winner has yet to be decided, and the San Diego Padres can tilt the odds in their favor with a crucial series-opening win versus the Los Angeles Dodgers. As it stands, the Padres are 3.0 games back of LA, taking on their SoCal rivals for three straight starting on Tuesday night. After 5.0 innings of shutout ball last time out, Landon Knack is primed for a letdown at home. We're backing the Friars in this spot.
