Leg 1: Celtics ML
The Boston Celtics aren’t as big of a favorite tonight as I expected, given that Kristaps Porzingis remains out and that Jaylen Brown is questionable. Still, I expect the Celtics to find a way to pull out the win. I expect Brown to play and the Celtics tout a 29-3 home record this season, so simply put, I’ll trust the best team in the sport to get the job done.
Legs 2 & 3: Jayson Tatum 25+ Points, 6+ Rebounds
Across the last ten games since returning from the All-Star break, Jayson Tatum has had at least 25 points in eight of ten games, including a 29-point outing against the Suns in Phoenix last week. We’ll also target Tatum to grab six rebounds like he’s done in 21 of his previous 24 games, with a ten-rebound outing against the Suns for good measure.
Leg 4: Jaylen Brown 20+ Points
We can keep this simple: Jaylen Brown has dropped at least 20 points in all ten games since returning from the All-Star break at least 20 points in all ten games since returning from the All-Star break. What else is there to ask for?
Leg 5: Kevin Durant 25+ Points
Kevin Durant is currently on one of his vintage tears as he’s put up a 30-point outing in five of his last six games, including a 45-point outing against the Celtics. We need him to deliver 25 points tonight. Unless this game turns into a blowout where he doesn’t play the fourth quarter, there will be enough volume for him to reach this mark.
Leg 6: Bradley Beal 15+ Points
Bradley Beal has five consecutive 15-point outings, averaging 23.2 points per game. We’ll trust that he can get us 15, especially considering he dropped 25 on the Celtics last week.
Leg 7: Jusuf Nurkic 10+ Rebounds
Jusuf Nurkic has had at least ten rebounds in seven of his last eight games and an 11-rebound outing against the Celtics. Still, if we look deeper into that box score, Kevin Durant also had ten rebounds. Considering that won’t occur again, Nurkic’s upside is in the 15-rebound range. We need ten, so we should be just fine.
Leg 8: Devin Booker 4+ Assists
To close out our parlay, we’re looking for Devin Booker to dish out at least four assists, which he has accomplished in 11 of his last 14 games. While he didn’t face the Celtics in the recent meeting, there will be enough offense to go around tonight for Booker to reach this mark.
