10) Brandin Podziemski, Golden State Warriors
Brandin Podziemski's impressive rookie season is part of why the Golden State Warriors were content with Klay Thompson's departure in the offseason. The Santa Clara product has taken a step back in his second season. Still, at 21 years old, the six-foot-four guard has the talent to be a premier player for the Warriors moving forward, especially as Stephen Curry's career winds down.

1) Stephon Castle, San Antonio Spurs
Stephon Castle was selected by the San Antonio Spurs with the No. 4 overall pick in the NBA Draft last offseason and so far, he's shown exactly why. The talented guard has all the tools to be a star in this league. As he continues to develop in the Spurs system, he could find himself in an All-Star game sooner rather than later.
2) Amen Thompson, Houston Rockets
Amen Thompson has visibly taken a step this year for the Houston Rockets averaging 13.8 points, eight rebounds and 3.3 assists on the season. The second-year player's impressive play earned him a spot in the starting lineup in early January, and since then, he's taken his game to another level, putting together some of the best games of his career. Assuming he continues to develop his game, an All-Star nod seems to be in the cards for Thompson.
3) Keyonte George, Utah Jazz
Keyonte George is another lottery pick that has found himself in the Rising Stars game. The Baylor product is averaging 16.4 points, 5.8 assists, and 3.5 rebounds for the Utah Jazz this season as he continues to be a primary ball handler in Will Hardy's offense. If he puts it together, George has what it takes to be an All-Star.
4) Zaccharie Risacher, Atlanta Hawks
Zaccharie Risacher was drafted by the Atlanta Hawks with the No. 1 overall pick last offseason. The versatile forward has shown flashes during his rookie season, but he needs to develop more before taking the next step. However, with his skill set and the growing opportunities under Quin Snyder, he can soon be an All-Star.
5) Alex Sarr, Washington Wizards
The Washington Wizards selected Alex Sarr with the No. 2 overall pick, one pick behind Risacher. The French product has shown flashes on both sides of the floor, and his two-way ability could earn him an All-Star appearance as he leads the Wizards' rebuild.
6) Reed Sheppard, Houston Rockets
Reed Sheppard has spent time in both the G-League this season and the Rockets' active roster as he continues to develop. Watching the Kentucky product play, there's no denying that the sharpshooter has what it takes to be an All-Star in this league. Throughout his dominant Summer League performances and flashy play in the G-League, he could be one of the top scorers in the league sooner than expected.
7) Zach Edey, Memphis Grizzlies
Zach Edey entered his rookie season with the Memphis Grizzlies with little to no expectations with many doubters saying that the big man was just tall with no skill. However, he's already proved the critics wrong, averaging 9.6 points and 7.7 rebounds while starting 32 of 36 games for the Grizzlies. If he can develop a reliable three-point shot, which he's shown in flashes, Edey could be one of the most dominant frontcourt options in the league moving forward.
8) Dalton Knecht, Los Angeles Lakers
Dalton Knecht was just involved with one of the most bizarre trade situations in recent memory after a rescinded trade between the Los Angeles Lakers and Charlotte Hornets. Despite that, it doesn't take away from the fact that the forward has the skill set to be one of the most dynamic scorers in the league. If he can find playing time in LA or elsewhere, it wouldn't be a surprise to see the former Tennessee star prove he belongs in an NBA All-Star game.
9) Tristan da Silva, Orlando Magic
Tristan da Silva was selected by the Orlando Magic in last offseason's NBA Draft, and he's quickly shown flashes of why the team's front office was so high on him heading into the season. The Colorado product has all the tools to be a premier player in this league, and as he continues to develop in Orlando, he's another player that could find himself in an All-Star game at some point in the near future.
10) Brandin Podziemski, Golden State Warriors
Brandin Podziemski's impressive rookie season is part of why the Golden State Warriors were content with Klay Thompson's departure in the offseason.
