Divisional Playoffs Sunday Best Bets | NFL 2025 Playoff Picks Today

The 2024 NFL regular season has ended after 18 exciting weeks. Only four rounds separated the 14 remaining teams from a Super Bowl Championship. That march continues with the Divisional Round and the remaining eight teams.

We’ve got you covered for betting purposes, highlighting our favorite wagers for this week’s NFL action.

Los Angeles Rams vs Philadelphia Eagles

Rams vs Eagles Matchup Page

Spread: Rams +6.5 (-115) | Eagles -6.5 (-105)
Moneyline: Rams +225 | Eagles -275
Total: OVER 43.5 (-115) | UNDER 43.5 (-105)

Leave it to Sean McVay to have his team firing on all cylinders by the end of the season. The perennially slow-starting Los Angeles Rams have rattled off wins in six of their past seven, including a decisive Wild Card win over the Minnesota Vikings. The intensity gets ratcheted even higher in the Divisional Round as they look to get past the Philadelphia Eagles and their top-ranked defense.

Credit to the Rams’ offense for scoring efficiently over the latter part of the campaign, but LA wouldn’t be in this position without its imposing defense. The Rams have held four of their last five opponents to 336 yards or fewer, including limiting Minnesota to just 269 in the Wild Card Round. They’ve been particularly staunch against the run, corraling opponents to just 96.6 yards per game across the five-game sample. The Rams must replicate that success to contain Saquon Barkley and the Eagles’ attack.

Thankfully for Rams fans, Los Angeles can focus most of its efforts on defending the run, as the Eagles’ passing game has been non-existent lately. Jalen Hurts’s return last week did nothing to bolster their cause. Philadelphia was held to 131 passing yards in the Wild Card Round, with Hurts completing 13 of 21 pass attempts. Not including when he left early versus the Washington Commanders, Hurts has been held to 131 passing yards or fewer in three of his last four starts.

Sunday’s matinee between the Rams and Eagles should be a defensive struggle. While that defense-first approach may already be reflected in the total, we can’t imagine the Eagles running away with this one. On that basis, we’re taking the points with the Rams at the Linc.

NFL Best Bet: Rams +6.5 -115

Baltimore Ravens vs Buffalo Bills

Ravens vs Bills Matchup Page

Spread: Ravens -1.5 (-102) | Bills +1.5 (-120)
Moneyline: Ravens -112 | Bills -104
Total: OVER 51.5 (-106) | UNDER 55.5 (-114)

This betting line has been all over the place. The Buffalo Bills opened as short home favorites in their Divisional Round clash versus the Baltimore Ravens. Subsequently, the Ravens were bought up to -1.5 before the price shifted back to the home side. The back-and-forth battle in the betting market is akin to what we expect from these AFC foes on the field.

Derrick Henry has been the driving force of the Ravens’ offense all season. However, he’ll meet his match in the Bills’ fierce run defense. Buffalo has held three of its last five opponents to 79 rushing yards or fewer, yielding a paltry per-game average of  88.4. That should necessitate a shift to an increased emphasis on the Ravens’ aerial assault. And the Bills have been much less effective at defending the pass.

Throughout the regular season, Buffalo gave up an average of 226.1 passing yards per game, the ninth-most in the NFL. Overall, Baltimore’s passing defense ranks below the Bills this season; however, we’ve seen a much more resolute effort from the Ravens over the tail end of the season. Baltimore has held five of its last six opponents to 198 passing yards or fewer, a standard they must maintain in the Divisional Round.

The Ravens’ passing defense could be the difference in this one. Offensively, these teams are comparable, meaning the victor will be determined by which team can make the crucial stops. In that regard, we give the edge to Baltimore, expecting the Ravens to land a spot in the AFC Championship Game.

NFL Best Bet: Ravens Moneyline -112
