Giants vs Steelers MNF: 5 Favorite NFL Anytime Touchdown Best Bets

We have a Monday Night Football showdown tonight, as the Pittsburgh Steelers will host the New York Giants, so we put together our top touchdown props for the night ahead.

The Favorite: Najee Harris (+100)

Najee Harris is the overwhelming favorite to find the endzone tonight in what’s expected to be a low-scoring game at +100, but is he worth it? Harris has found the endzone twice this season, with both scores coming across the past two weeks, where he also eclipsed the 100-yard mark in each game. Still, for tonight, I give a lot of respect to how strong the Giants’ defensive front is despite seeing Saquon Barkley torched them last week. Given their recent struggles, this is the best unit on the entire team, and I expect them to be fired up for tonight’s matchup. Plus, at +100, Harris isn’t known as a potent touchdown scorer and not someone I’m comfortable backing in a low-scoring game. There are better value plays on the board, so I would rather sift around for better prices with other players.

Which WR1 to Back? George Pickens or Malik Nabers (+230)?

We’re already looking to stay away from Najee Harris at +100 tonight, making us put a lot of faith in George Pickens by default. Russell Wilson will have to win tonight’s game with his arm, and in his first start last week, he threw Pickens his first touchdown of the season. The Giants’ defense is much more vulnerable on the backend than upfront, so at +200, I’d rather put my faith in Pickens over Harris as the Steelers’ most likely touchdown scorer tonight.

Comparing Pickens to Malik Nabers, I still have to side with Pickens, but I have to acknowledge how dynamic Nabers has been when getting a strong workload. Nabers has combined for four touchdowns on the season across five games with 12 targets per game coming his way. The Steelers’ secondary has been pretty stout as we just saw them keep the New York Jets’ talented wide receivers out of the endzone last week. Nabers still is a worthwhile bet at +230, but out of respect to the Steelers’ defense, I’m not opposed to looking to Giants’ players with better odds. Still, you might not get a better price on Nabers this season than tonight.

Value in Devin Singletary (+270) or Tyron Tracy Jr. (+310)?

It feels like the Giants’ brass wants Tyron Tracy Jr. to take the reins as the lead back, but they are not completely ready to give him that throne. Tracy Jr. looked strong as the workhorse back amidst Devin Singletary’s absence, but last week, in his return, they split the work in the limited opportunities they had in the blowout loss. For tonight, if I had to choose a side, it would still have to favor Singletary as I still expect them to give him the short-yardage and goal line. We’d have to get lucky to get a touchdown from the rookie, so Singletary will be a play for us at +270.

Longshot: Wan’Dale Robinson (+600)

Even though we’re skeptical about backing Malik Nabers to find the endzone at +230, I’m bullish on Wan’Dale Robinson to score at +600. Even though he is priced at +600 for a reason, this dude is an absolute PPR machine, averaging nearly ten targets per game on the season. He has just two touchdowns on the season, but getting a +600 price on someone to find the endzone who has a real possibility of seeing more than ten targets is a must-bet for me.

Longshot: Darnell Washington (+1100)

On Thursday Night Football, we smashed our longshot touchdown tout as Josh Oliver scored the first touchdown of the game at +1100, and for tonight, we’ll look for another backup tight end to find the endzone as it’s been the weekend of the tight end after all. At +1100 again, we’ll look to Darnell Washington to find the endzone, which has a touchdown on the season and came off a season-high of four catches last week. Let’s hope for some red-zone creativity because this guy is nothing short of an absolute beast. If he makes a catch within the five, he’ll barrel his way into the endzone.
