1. Kaelyn Buskey, Baltimore Ravens (+900)
Out of Millersville University Kaelyn Buskey became the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach after interning with the Ravens. She also played softball at Millersville at first and second base.

8. Angela Baker: New York Giants (+15000)
It's certainly not Angela Baker's fault the Giants are big longshots to compete next season. The Offensive Assistant Coach in New York is in her first season in the position after serving last year as the Giants' offensive quality control.
7. Haley Roberts: Tennessee Titans (+13000)
Haley Roberts worked her way up the Titans chain of command the hard way. She started as an intern before being promoted to a full-time position on the strength staff as Assistant Sports Performance Coach.

7. Lori Locust: Tennessee Titans (+13000)
The Titans are one of just two NFL teams to have more than one female coach on staff. Lori Locust became the Defensive Quality Control Coach in 2023 after working on the Bucs staff and interning for the Ravens.
6. Maral Javadifar: Tampa Bay Buccaneers (+7000)
Maral Javadifar already has five seasons under her belt with with the Buccaneers including two years as Director of Rehabilitation Performance Coach.
T5. Isabel Diaz: Indianapolis Colts (+5000)
Isabel Diaz also started as an intern with Indy, but now is an integral part of their special teams coaching unit.
Diaz was also hands on at Oklahoma State for over five years in various coaching roles.
T5. Jennifer King: Chicago Bears (+5000)
Jennifer King is a former semi-pro player and got her coaching start with the Washington Commanders under Ron Rivera.

4. Callie Brownson: Cleveland Browns (+4000)
The Assistant Wide Receivers Coach of the Cleveland Browns knows a thing or two about running a route. Callie Brownson played eight seasons as a safety, running back and slot receiver for the D.C. Divas
3. Autumn Lockwood: Philadelphia Eagles (+1700)
Autumn Lockwood was named an Associate Performance Coach by the Philadelphia Eagles during the 2023 offseason. She originally joined the organization as a strength and conditioning associate in 2022.
2. Jill Costanza, Detroit Lions (+1300)
Jill Costanza already has three seasons with the Director of Sports Science title for the Lions. The certified strength and conditioning professional is also an assistant coach in that department.
1. Megan Rosburg, Baltimore Ravens (+900)
The Ravens have set the bar with the most female coaches in the NFL. Megan Rosburg is the Assistant to the Head Coach and helps John Harbaugh with football operations, scheduling, communications and staff management.
1. Marianna Salas: Baltimore Ravens (+900)
Marianna Salas bears the title of Coaching Research Fellow and has been with Baltimore for two years.
