32. Marcus Davenport - Detroit Lions
Despite missing most of last season, we're bullish on what Marcus Davenport can contribute to this Detroit Lions defense in 2024. When healthy, Davenport can get off the edge with the best of them in the NFL, and we expect to see some similarities to the player we saw in his prime in New Orleans.

Myles Garrett put together another incredible season for the Cleveland Browns last year. Garrett captured the Defensive Player of the Year award in 2023, and it won't be a surprise to see him repeat in 2024. Garrett is the key cog on Cleveland's defense, and his overall numbers continue to be sensational.

2. T.J. Watt - Pittsburgh Steelers
T.J. Watt led the NFL in sacks last year for the Pittsburgh Steelers and has been absolute game wrecker for the Black and Yellow. When Watt is on the field, his impact is always felt. You can even make a case that Watt is the leader in the clubhouse entering 2024.
3. Micah Parsons - Dallas Cowboys
Micah Parsons does everything you look for in an elite edge rusher. The Dallas Cowboys superstar defender had the second-highest win rate of any defender off the edge last year. Parsons continues growing into a dominant force and is right in the conversation to top the list.
4. Nick Bosa - San Francisco 49ers
Nick Bosa's win rate off the edge is right up there with the best in the NFL. When Bosa stays on the field, he's been the definition of consistency for the San Francisco 49ers. Bosa is right in the prime of his career and big things continue to be expected of the former Ohio State Buckeye.
5. Maxx Crosby - Las Vegas Raiders
It's not difficult to see the value that Maxx Crosby brings for the Las Vegas Raiders. Crosby is everything you want in an edge defender, and continues to blow up opponents game plans on offense.

6. Josh Hines-Allen - Jacksonville Jaguars
Josh Hines-Allen is coming off a monster season for the Jacksonville Jaguars. The contract he earned as a result of his production highlights his standing on this list. Does he have another level he can get to in order to climb even higher?
7. Aidan Hutchinson - Detroit Lions
The more experience that Aidan Hutchinson gets, the more he's going to rise up this list moving forward. Hutchinson is a major part of the Detroit Lions pass rush and the sky is the limit for him on defense.
8. Trey Hendrickson - Cincinnati Bengals
Trey Hendrickson brings the type of consistency you're looking for off the edge. It almost feels as though Hendrickson is almost underrated when you factor in what he's managed to do for the Cincinnati Bengals.
9. Khalil Mack - Los Angeles Chargers
Many thought Khalil Mack was headed on a downward spiral when he joined the Los Angeles Chargers. That wasn't the case. Last season, Mack was back in the elite category, and we expect that to continue with Jim Harbaugh at the helm.
10. Jaelen Phillips - Miami Dolphins
Although it wasn't an ideal season for Jaelen Phillips that ended in an injury, there's a lot to like about how he's rounded out his game as a defender, particularly in the run game. Can he take another step forward in 2024?
11. Rashan Gary - Green Bay Packers
Although the numbers have continued to take a slight dip with age, Rashan Gary remains one of the pristine pass-rush threats in the NFL. With the talent surrounding him in Green Bay, a rise back up to his elite numbers might just be in the cards in 2024.
12. Joey Bosa - Los Angeles Chargers
Joey Bosa isn't quite on the level of his brother Nick, but a big reason for that is injuries. If Joey Bosa can find a way to stay on the field more in 2024, there's good reason to be optimistic about his overall output and contributions.
13. DeMarcus Lawrence - Dallas Cowboys
The Dallas Cowboys defense remains, and a big reason for that is DeMarcus Lawrence. The numbers won't jump off the page at you from a sacks perspective, but Lawrence remains elite at stopping the run.
14. Danielle Hunter - Houston Texans
One of the biggest free agent names on the board this offseason was Danielle Hunter. The former Minnesota Viking got paid in a major way by the Houston Texans. Hunter is coming off back-to-back double-digit sack campaign. There's no reason that trend won't continue in 2024.
15. Bryce Huff - Philadelphia Eagles
After a strong year in the pass rush department for Bryce Huff with the New York Jets, he parlayed that into a big pay day with the Philadelphia Eagles. Huff is expected to provide a missing pass rush element for the Eagles, and prove that last year was more than just a one off.
16. Bradley Chubb - Miami Dolphins
Bradley Chubb probably doesn't get the credit he deserves in the NFL as a top defender. Prior to tearing his ACL in 2023, Chubb was having a dominant season for the Miami Dolphins. Can he get back to that level after a serious injury ended his season?
17. Za'Darius Smith - Cleveland Browns
Pairing Myles Garrett with Za'Darius Smith is pretty cruel for opposing offenses that face the Cleveland Browns. Smith is right there at the top of the league in pass-rush win rate, highlighting how explosive he can be on defense.
18. Alex Highsmith - Pittsburgh Steelers
It's not hard to argue that the Pittsburgh Steelers have the best pass-rush duo in the NFL. Alex Highsmith might play second fiddle to T.J. Watt, but he's still a great talent and his production speaks for itself.
19. Haason Reddick - New York Jets
Even though we're still waiting to get more of a sense when Haason Reddick will step on the field, he's still one of the top players at his position in the league. Reddick is holding out for an extension with the New York Jets after being traded there this offseason from Philadelphia.
20. Will Anderson Jr. - Houston Texans
Former top draft pick Will Anderson Jr. continues to carve out a role for himself as a top edge rusher in the NFL. With more experience under his belt, we expect the Alabama product to take another big step forward with the Houston Texans in 2024.
21. Brian Burns - New York Giants
After acquiring Brian Burns from the Carolina Panthers for a hefty price and signing him to an even bigger extension, the New York Giants are hoping he was the missing piece on defense. Burns is full of potential, and even after signing a big contract, we're still looking for him to take his game to that next level. After getting paid in New York, fans won't be shy about expecting that from him moving forward.
22. Brandon Graham - Philadelphia Eagles
Consistency is the name of the game and veteran Brandon Graham continues to be abide by that for the Philadelphia Eagles. Graham remains a dominant run stopper, and still contributes from a pass-rush standpoint for the Eagles.
23. Greg Rousseau - Buffalo Bills
Greg Rousseau still has plenty of room to grow with the Buffalo Bills. We started to see glimpses of what he's capable of in 2023, but we're still looking for more from a pass-rush standpoint. Will 2024 be the year he completely breaks out in Buffalo?
24. Montez Sweat - Chicago Bears
Montez Sweat certainly leaves something to be desired, but you still have to be impressed with him from a talent standpoint. If he were more consistent, a spot in the top 15 wouldn't be outlandish. For now, Sweat still finds himself in the top 25 with the Chicago Bears.
25. Andrew Van Ginkel - Minnesota Vikings
Andrew Van Ginkel had a career year in 2023, which helped propel him to a free agent deal with the Minnesota Vikings. Van Ginkel had 53 quarterback pressures in 2023, which was a high for him in that category. Will his impact remain the same in Minnesota?

26. Matthew Judon - Atlanta Falcons
After getting dealt from the New England Patriots to the Atlanta Falcons, Matthew Judon is still looking to cash in on a big contract. Although he's yet to receive that from Atlanta, there's no doubting what Judon brings to the table on a weekly basis.
27. Jadeveon Clowney - Carolina Panthers
Jadeveon Clowney had a good year last season, which made it kind of puzzling to us that he didn't have more interest in free agency. Still, Clowney joins a Carolina Panthers squad that needed to upgrade on defense, and he undoubtedly helps them do that.
28. Jonathan Greenard - Minnesota Vikings
Jonathan Greenard had a strong season in 2023, which led him to signing a big contract in free agency with the Minnesota Vikings. The Vikings revamped parts of their defense this offseason, and Greenard has the tool kit to really help them off the edge.
29. Kayvon Thibodeaux - New York Giants
The potential is there with the New York Giants for Kayvon Thibodeaux to take another big leap forward in 2024. Thibodeaux has all the tools worth considering when looking for an edge rusher, he's just needing to put the pieces together at this stage.
30. Josh Sweat - Philadelphia Eagles
Josh Sweat may have taken a small step back in 2023, but we're counting on him bouncing back in a big way, along with the Philadelphia Eagles as a unit. Sweat wasn't great against the run last year, which really hindered his overall ranking here.
31. Carl Granderson - New Orleans Saints
Carl Granderson remains a staple for the New Orleans Saints on defense. Granderson's quarterback pressure percentage sky rocketed in 2023, which really complimented his already high-end run stopping ability.
