Top Sleepers at Each Position in Fantasy Football in 2024

Tight End: Brock Bowers (ADP: TE11)
It surprised many back in April to see the Raiders take a first-round swing at a tight end after spending second-round draft capital on Michael Mayer just the season prior, but sometimes elite talent is too good to pass up on. Mayer's presence may free up Bowers to play more out wide rather than up against the line and be in that pass-catcher role more often than a typical tight end. If the offense revolves around him as a receiver, he has all the tools to become a tight end with some serious fantasy production immediately.
Quarterback: Anthony Richardson (ADP: QB6)
While we only saw AR15 for four games in his rookie season, it was clear that he was a handful of opposing defenses. Not only is his arm talent far beyond where most scouts thought it was as a prospect out of Florida, but his athleticism and size make him a constant threat to tuck it and run if a play breaks down. His rushing upside gives him an elite floor as a fantasy asset, and he is a great dark horse candidate to finish as the overall QB1 in 2024 because of his dual-threat ability.
Running Back: Chase Brown (ADP: RB40)
With the departure of Joe Mixon, the starting gig in the backfield for the Bengals has opened up for the 2024 season. Zack Moss currently occupies that spot, but Chase Brown could quickly take over as the starter. He didn't see much run in the first half of the season but then started to see a solid amount of volume from Week 12 onward, averaging 8.8 touches per game and becoming a sparkplug for the offense. His speed and explosiveness make him at the bare minimum a great change-of-pace back compared to Moss with the upside of becoming the RB1 on the depth chart at some point this season.

Wide Receiver: Dontayvion Wicks (ADP: WR66)
During the preseason, the Packers head coach Matt LaFleur has incessantly said that the team does not have a WR1. If that is the case, why pay up for Christian Watson, Jayden Reed, or Romeo Doubs at higher ADPs when you can take Wicks, who is going undrafted in over 87 percent of ESPN fantasy drafts? The rookie turned it on at the end of the season for Green Bay, hauling in 14 receptions for 187 yards and three touchdowns across his final three games of the regular season. He connected with Jordan Love on a 65-yard touchdown in the preseason against the Browns, further displaying the budding chemistry he has with his signal-caller.
