Trevor Connelly Draft Position
The upside is very real with Trevor Connelly. The question remains, do NHL teams want to take on the off-ice baggage he comes with? Some might argue he's a top 10 talent in this draft class, and we wouldn't fight you on that on talent alone. Connelly's draft position is set at 20.5, and the under is paying at -115. You only need one team to take the chance.Â

Second Overall Pick
The two names that are strongly in the running for the second overall pick at Artyom Levshunov (-260) and Ivan Demidov (+180). The way the winds are blowing on draft week suggests that Levshunov will be the pick on draft night in this slot. Still, the Chicago Blackhawks could have been putting up a smokescreen this entire time, and there's value in Demidov's price point here.Â
Third Overall Pick
As we stand right now, this is my favorite bet of the top five. The Anaheim Ducks haven't exactly hidden the fact they'll be looking to get bigger on their backend. What better way to do that than by selecting Anton Silayev? The Russian defender is priced at +125 to be the third overall pick, and there's a lot to love about the plus-money value you're currently getting.Â
Fourth Overall Pick
There are multiple directions the Columbus Blue Jackets can go with the fourth overall selection. Although Cayden Lindstrom has a juiced price to be the selection at -175, it's no sure thing. Ivan Demidov also should be in consideration at +350, while Anton Silayev is also an intriguing prospect at consider at +600.Â

Fifth Overall Pick
The Montreal Canadiens have the fifth overall pick in the 2024 NHL Draft. As we stand, the top three prospects with the best odds to be selected fifth overall are Ivan Demidov (+15o), Cayden Lindstrom (+220), and Beckett Sennecke (+330). Out of those three, the Demidov and Lindstrom numbers are your best bets for the Canadiens preference. If you want a long shot with value, check out Zeev Buium (+1300).Â
Stian Solberg Draft Position
A lot of the chatter at the NHL Scouting Combine focused on how impressive Stian Solberg was. Not only did he test well, he reportedly interviewed well, too. Teams covet these type of defensive prospects in Round 1, and despite there being plenty of juice on the number at -182, it's hard to not get behind the premise of him going under his 16.5 draft position number.Â
