Chicago Bears
There's a case to be made with Mike Vrabel on the market, that the Chicago Bears could move on from Matt Eberflus. It might not be a likely one after reports suggested otherwise, but when someone of Vrabel's caliber becomes available, you have to think long and hard about it. With the Bears holding all the cards at the top of the NFL draft and a strong defense to build around, this would be a great fit for Vrabel.
New England Patriots
Although New England has yet to move on from legendary head coach Bill Belichick, it wouldn't surprise us if they did now that Mike Vrabel is available. The longtime Patriot defender has a track record as an exceptional head coach in the NFL, even after some down years to close out his tenure in Tennessee. Vrabel heading back to the Patriots makes a ton of sense.
Los Angeles Chargers
Throughout his tenure with the Tennessee Titans, Vrabel didn't exactly have the luxury of high-end quarterback play. If he's in the mix for the Los Angeles Chargers job, he'd get exactly that with Justin Herbert. We want to see how Vrabel coaches with a quarterback of Herbert's caliber at his disposal.
Atlanta Falcons
With the experience that Mike Vrabel has with a ground-first attack in Tennessee, making the shift to Atlanta would fit like a glove. With Bijan Robinson set to enter his second year in the league, the Falcons will want to base their offense around him, and Vrabel can make that happen seamlessly.
Washington Commanders
With a coach like Vrabel on the market, he'll have his choice of suitors. The Washington Commanders are a potential attractive fit for him, with a top 2 draft pick and a high likelihood of a new franchise quarterback coming to town. There are some pieces here in Washington that Vrabel can coach up, and we don't see this group as far off from being a playoff team if they're made.
