Los Angeles Dodgers World Series Odds
World Series Odds: +320
Heading into the 2024 campaign, the Dodgers had World Series or bust aspirations. After bringing in multiple stars, including Shohei Ohtani, the Dodgers performed well in the first half, even if more was expected. Still, all that matters for this Dodgers group is that they win the World Series. We’ve seen this group win 100+ games repeatedly, amounting to nothing in October. It’s a marathon, not a sprint, and the Dodgers are taking that much more seriously this year. The health of the Dodgers starting rotation will play a significant role in whether or not they can live up to these expectations. Plus, we still don’t know how Ohtani will perform in the postseason. With their current odds and the unpredictability of October baseball, we’re fading the current favorites.

Philadelphia Phillies World Series Odds
World Series Odds: +420
The Philadelphia Phillies are everything you want in a baseball team. They grind out wins, have great starting pitching, and clutch hitters. We’ve continued to see this core group of Phillies players win in October, even if they’ve slightly fallen short the last two years. It feels like it’s only a matter of time before this core pushes through and finishes the job. Bryce Harper is on a tear at the plate, and the Phillies might have the best rotation in all of baseball. The Phillies will be a tough out in October, and their current odds are appealing to buy into.

New York Yankees World Series Odds:
World Series Odds: +550
Considering their success as a franchise, the New York Yankees are amid a significant dry spell, going 14 years between World Series wins. The Bronx Bombers are still the most successful franchise in MLB history, but we’ve been waiting for them to get back on top where they belong. With Aaron Judge and Juan Soto performing like MVPs, the Yankees have the bats necessary to make a charge in October. If Gerrit Cole can find his ace qualities again, and the Yankees go out and acquire some help at the deadline, this team has the makings of one that can do real damage in October.
