1. Clark Hunt - Kansas City Chiefs: F-
Despite bringing three Super Bowls in the past five years to Kansas City, owner Clark Hunt did not get the love from players one might have expected. Hunt has been in the owner's chair since 2006 when he inherited the team from his father, Lamar, after he passed away.
Hunt. Jr. received a 4.9 out of 10 for willingness to invest in team facilities, the worst mark in the NFL. Arrowhead is the third oldest stadium in the NFL after opening in 1972. It has undergone renovations in 1991, 1994, and between 2007–2010, but apparently not to the player's satisfaction.

Chiefs Futures Odds at FanDuel
- Super Bowl Winner: +650 (2nd shortest odds)
- AFC Winner: +350 (shortest odds)
- AFC West Winner: -250 (shortest odds)
- Andy Reid COY: +6000 (longest odds)
5. David Tepper - Carolina Panthers: D
If winning was the criteria for judging ownership, the Carolina Panthers and David Tepper might be at the top or bottom of this list. Tepper bought the team in 2018 after being a minority stakeholder in the Pittsburgh Steelers, and it's gone all downhill since.Â
During Tepper's reign, Carolina has sported a 31-68Â NFLÂ record, not even whiffed a playoff spot, and gone through six head coaches. They are coming off one of the worst seasons in franchise and NFL history at 2-15, and Tepper even threw a drink at a fan during a game against Jacksonville on New Year's Eve day.
Seeing him score 6.6 out of 10 in willingness to invest in facilities is unsurprising. Especially after he converted Bank of America Stadium from grass to turf when 100% of the players said they preferred to play on grass.
Will Tepper spend by signing someone from our Top NFL Free Agents list?
Judging by the odds below, it's going to be another long season in Charlotte.

- NFC South Winner: +700 (longest odds)
- Dave Canales COY: +1600 (7th shortest odds)
4. Joel Glazer - Tampa Bay Buccaneers: D-
Our first of two recent Super Bowl winners on our list is Bucs owner Joel Glazer. Despite becoming the first franchise to win the NFL championship on their home field in 2021, Glazer did not score well on the NFLPA's report card.
His 6.1 out of 10 ranking from Buccaneer players in willingness to invest in the facilities ranked 29th in the league. The Bucs were particularly criticized for being one of 12 teams not to have a family room for players' families during the games. They scored an F in the treatment of families. The locker room and cafeteria were also ranked poorly, with grades of C-.
Bucs Futures Odds at FanDuel
- Super Bowl Winner: +7000 (12th longest odds)
- NFC Winner: +3000 (7th longest odds)
- NFC South Winner: +240 (2nd shortest odds)
- Todd Bowles COY: +4000 (7th longest odds)

3. Michael Bidwill - Arizona Cardinals: F
Losing can make anything look and feel worse, and the Arizona Cardinals have certainly had plenty of that for decades. Michael Bidwill has seen plenty of it. The team's current owner started among executives as vice president in 1996. Before that, he was even a ballboy in the 1970s when his father was an owner. Michael became chairman and inherited ownership following his father Bill Bidwill's death in 2019.
The Cardinals have had just one winning season over the past five years and have only been to one Super Bowl ever.Â
State Farm Stadium is relatively new, having opened in 2006, but got a C- for the training room and an F for the locker room. Bidwill received a 5.8 out of 10 for willingness to invest in team facilities.
After a 4-13 first season, is Arizona's bench boss in the NFLPA's Worst-5 Coaches?
Cardinals Futures Odds at FanDuel
- Super Bowl Winner: +8500 (7th longest odds)
- NFC Winner: +4000 (4th longest odds)
- NFC West Winner: +1100 (longest odds)
- Jonathan Gannon COY: +2500 (3rd shortest odds)
2. Art Rooney II - Pittsburgh Steelers: F
The Rooneys have a long history in Pittsburgh, and Art Rooney II is further penning that legacy today. Owner since 2017, Rooney II is the grandson of Steelers founder Art Rooney Sr. and the son of former chairman Dan Rooney. Rooney II has also been the team president since 2003.Â
Despite 17 straight non-losing NFL seasons, Art scored poorly in the NFLPA survey. The 71-year-old was given a 5.8 rating out of 10 on willingness to invest in team facilities. Acrisure Stadium is around the middle of the pack, as far as the age of NFL stadiums go, but the locker room received a grade of F and the training room D+.
