1. Buffalo Bills
It didn't look like it would be that easy after the opening drive, but the Buffalo Bills quickly turned things around. Buffalo let the Denver Broncos walk down the field and score, netting seven points on 70 yards. That would be the end of the Broncos' offensive success, as the Bills would quickly take over.

Once the Bills got their offense going, there was no stopping them. The second-seeded Bills ended the Wild Card Round with 471 yards on offense, out-gaining their opponents by almost 250 yards.

Buffalo will need every bit of offensive production if it hopes to advance past the Ravens in the Divisional Round. This could end up being the marquee matchup of the postseason.

6. Houston Texans
The Houston Texans pulled off one of the more improbable outcomes this weekend, upending the Los Angeles Chargers as home underdogs. Still, that does nothing to boost their outlook heading into the Divisional Round.

Houston's defense was again up to the challenge, but persistent offensive concerns hamper their outlook. The Texans had multiple drives stall in plus-territory, settling for field goals instead of finding their way into the endzone.

Defense alone won't get the Texans into Championship Weekend. Unless they find a way to maximize output, they could spiral toward a second-round exit.

5. Philadelphia Eagles
Based on their Wild Card Weekend performance alone, the Philadelphia Eagles were one of the worst teams out there.

Philadelphia couldn't get anything going offensively. Saquon Barkley was primarily held in check for most of the contest, and at one point, Jalen Hurts was held to seven straight incompletions.

The Eagles prevailed, but an injury-laden Green Bay Packers squad out-gained them. Home-field advantage might not be enough to help them sneak into the third round.
4. Los Angeles Rams
Let's credit the Los Angeles Rams for pulling off the Wild Card upset at a neutral site vacation. Still, we can't help but think the Minnesota Vikings defeated themselves.

The Vikings' offensive line couldn't get any of its protections right. On Monday night, they gave up an astounding nine sacks, letting the Rams' defense run roughshod at State Farm Stadium.

When the dust settled, the Rams scored 27 points on 292 yards of total offense. It will be tough to replicate that performance against a concentrated pool of top contenders.
3. Washington Commanders
Week 8's Hail Mary against the Chicago Bears is an inflection point in the Washington Commanders' season. That's when they realized they could be anyone and weren't scared of doing what it takes to win.

We saw that unforgiving approach on Sunday against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Commanders found themselves in an early deficit but didn't lose sight of the ultimate goal. Washington didn't lose faith despite a failed fourth-down conversion from inside the five.

It's time to recognize the Commanders for what they are: legitimate Super Bowl contenders.

The Baltimore Ravens bulldozed the Pittsburgh Steelers in the Wild Card round. The AFC North winners unleashed Derrick Henry and all his fury, and there's nothing the Steelers could do to slow him down.

Henry had a monstrous day, churning out 186 rushing yards and two scores on 26 carries. Likewise, Lamar Jackson was an efficient 16-for-21 in the passing attack, adding two more touchdowns on 175 passing yards.

All of that is without even considering the Ravens' elite defense. Baltimore stymied the Steelers for the entire first half and stood tall when they needed to in the second half. Still, they face a stiff challenge heading into the Divisional Round.
