10. Joe Burrow - Cincinnati Bengals (ADP: 57.4)
Joe Burrow is back from season-ending wrist surgery and is looking to build upon seasons in 2021 and 2022, where he finished as QB4 and QB8, respectively. With elite options in Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins on each side of him, he's got two vital outlets to find plenty of fantasy points this season with Cincinnati.
1. Josh Allen - Buffalo Bills (ADP: 28.5)
Josh Allen has been the overall QB1 in three of the past four fantasy seasons. His combination of rushing upside and elite arm talent makes him a no-brainer as the top signal-caller selected in fantasy drafts. While the concern may be the lack of weapons around him, he is one of the few quarterbacks in the NFL who can get it done by passing to virtually anybody.
2. Patrick Mahomes - Kansas City Chiefs (ADP: 29.4)
While Patrick Mahomes doesn't quite possess the rushing and athleticism that Allen does, he can throw five touchdowns and 400 yards on any given night. He is the best quarterback on the planet, and getting that on your team will never be a bad thing, especially with the barrage of weapons he has this year.
3. Jalen Hurts - Philadelphia Eagles (ADP: 32.0)
Jalen Hurts battled turnovers and an overall regression in his third full season as the Eagles starter, but his running, combined with the tush push, makes him an elite fantasy option. He was tied with the third-most scrimmage touchdowns in the NFL last season with 15 and should be in line for plenty more in 2024.
4. Lamar Jackson - Baltimore Ravens (ADP: 36.6)
One of the shiftiest quarterbacks the league has ever seen, Lamar Jackson gets most of his rushing scoring by racking up yards. He has half of the 1,000-yard rushing seasons out of a quarterback in league history with two, and it would surprise nobody to see him do it a third time this fall.
5. Anthony Richardson - Indianapolis Colts (ADP: 53.4)
Anthony Richardson reaches the top five mostly on hype, but there was a spark when he was out there at the beginning of last season. The biggest question here will be durability. The second-year quarterback suffered a concussion and a shoulder sprain that ended his season all by Week 5, so we'll need to see a full season of solid production for him to ascend any higher.
6. Kyler Murray - Arizona Cardinals (ADP: 83.1)
After tearing his ACL in the backend of the 2022 season, Kyler Murray's return last year was primarily to get him acclimated back to game speed. Now, over a year removed from the injury, reports are that he looks better than ever out of training camp, and he's got a shiny new toy in rookie Marvin Harrison Jr. to catch the ball.
7. C.J. Stroud - Houston Texans (ADP: 47.1)
C.J. Stroud put together one of the best rookie seasons in NFL history. Just the fifth rookie to pass for 4,000 yards, there has perhaps never been more anticipation for a second season from a quarterback. While he barely does anything rushing, his video game numbers through the air are often enough to make him an elite option.
8. Dak Prescott - Dallas Cowboys (ADP: 68.9)
Questions may surround Dak Prescott's clutchness and shaky postseason showings, but there is zero question about him as a fantasy asset. He finished last season as QB3 overall and should be in line for a similar level of season, especially with the re-signing of his top option, CeeDee Lamb.
9. Jordan Love - Green Bay Packers (ADP: 82.2)
Jordan Love spent Week 5 last season tossing zero touchdowns and three interceptions on Monday Night Football, throwing the game away to the Raiders on the final possession. Many believed that Love proved he could never be the guy in Green Bay, and boy, were they wrong. The 25-year-old was one of the best quarterbacks in the league to close out the year and nearly pulled off a massive upset over the 49ers in the postseason after knocking off the Cowboys. Don't be surprised to see him take yet another step in 2024.
10. Joe Burrow - Cincinnati Bengals (ADP: 57.4)
Joe Burrow is back from season-ending wrist surgery and is looking to build upon seasons in 2021 and 2022, where he finished as QB4 and QB8, respectively.
