After sticking with the Lions last offseason in their offensive coordinator role, it appears that Ben Johnson is ready to test the market in the head coaching world. By all accounts, the Chicago Bears and New England Patriots openings appeal to Johnson most. Will another team step up and intrigue the hottest name on the market?

2. Mike Vrabel
There are many similarities between Dan Campbell and Mike Vrabel. Although they might have different coaching philosophies, it's easy to see teams getting excited about the juice that Vrabel would bring to their franchise. Behind Johnson, it won't be a surprise if Vrabel is the most popular candidate available on the market. Will he end up back home in New England?
3. Mike McCarthy
Say what you want about Mike McCarthy as a head coach, but he has quite the resume. If McCarthy and the Cowboys can't agree on a contract extension, I have no doubts that he'll land on his feet in another head coaching role, assuming that's what he wants.
4. Aaron Glenn
Ben Johnson gets a lot of the spotlight regarding the Lions, but Aaron Glenn is equally deserving of praise. When healthy, the Lions' defense was playing at a high level. Glenn has helped give the Lions a chance at a deep playoff run, even with a lack of personnel available to him.

You can't question Brian Flores's success in transforming the Vikings' defense. Flores deserves another shot as a head coach, but I still have questions about whether he's suited for that role. Is it possible he's just an elite coordinator and not suited for the promotion?
6. Kliff Kingsbury
After a successful season with the Commanders, will this earn Kliff Kingsbury another shot as an NFL head coach? It's a possibility. You can tell that Kingsbury learned from his first tenure with the Commanders and is adjusting to the modern NFL.
7. Joe Brady
With what we've seen from Joe Brady in this offense with the Bills, it won't be a surprise if teams come calling for his services this offseason. Yes, Brady has an elite quarterback at the helm, but that shouldn't change the adjustments and success we've seen him have this season.
8. Bobby Slowik
If you had asked me a year ago about Bobby Slowik, given what the Texans' offense accomplished, I'd likely have been higher on him. Don't get me wrong; he still has potential, but I'm not as certain about the overall upside anymore.
