Vikings vs Rams TNF Week 8 Picks | NFL Same Game Parlay

Week 8 of the NFL season starts with an NFC battle as the Los Angeles Rams will host the Minnesota Vikings. We’re anticipating an entertaining, high-scoring battle, so we worked up an ultimate same-game parlay for the action,

Valued at +1000, let’s ride!

Leg 1: Vikings ML

The Vikings have been one of, if not the best, teams in the NFC to start the season, and they’ll be looking for a bounce-back victory after suffering their first loss of the season last Sunday against the Detroit Lions. They’ll be fired up, and their success on both sides of the ball has not been a fluke. On the other hand, the Rams have been miserable for most of the season, and while they’ll welcome the return of Cooper Kupp tonight, he alone isn’t enough to overcome a well-balanced Vikings squad. I anticipate seeing a better version of the Rams tonight, but I trust the Vikings’ coaching staff to have their squad prepared on a short week.

Leg 2: Justin Jefferson 6+ Receptions

Justin Jefferson has hauled in at least six receptions in each of the last four games, and I don’t see the Vikings dominating the Rams enough to be running out the clock for a chunk of the game. I anticipate a well-balanced Vikings offense from start to finish and that Jefferson will have enough chances to make six catches against a below-average Rams secondary.

Leg 3: Jordan Addison 3+ Receptions

Jordan Addison has recorded three catches in all four of his games thus far, and we’ll look to continue to fade an underwhelming Rams’ secondary.

Leg 4: Aaron Jones 50+ Rushing Yards

Aaron Jones has recorded at least 50 yards on the ground in just four of six games this season, but the Rams’ run defense hasn’t been good whatsoever. They’ve allowed an opposing running back to record at least 70 rushing yards in each game. We’re asking for 50 tonight, which is reasonable if he sees his usual 15 carries.

Leg 5: Cooper Kupp 6+ Receptions

Regardless of health status, Cooper Kupp will be peppered with targets if he is on the field. Back in Week 1, he hauled in 14 catches off a staggering 21 targets and then made four catches off of six targets in not even a half of action in Week 2 before getting injured. Tonight’s game could be a shootout, so we’ll look for Kupp to make six catches and not worry about it.

Leg 6: Tutu Atwell 25+ Receiving Yards

In the wake of Kupp’s absence, Tutu Atwell has emerged as a weapon for Matthew Stafford, and we’re still excited to see what he can do with Kupp back on the field. Across the past four weeks, he’s averaged 71 yards per game and combined for 19 targets across the past two weeks. I can’t see that volume going to zero after that success, even with Kupp on the field, so I’m still expecting Atwell to make a few grabs. He has the jets to get us plenty of yards after the catch, so he should be able to cash this leg for us in just one or two catches. Let’s ride!
