5 Week 10 NFL Favorites That Won’t Cover the Spread

New York Jets (-1.5) vs. Las Vegas Raiders
The New York Jets are coming off a blowout loss at home to the Los Angeles Chargers. On the other hand, with interim head coach Antonio Pierce making his debut, the Las Vegas Raiders thumped the New York Giants in Week 9. The Raiders got back to doing what they do best, which was pounding the rock. It'll be difficult to do the same against a strong Jets defense, but we like for the Raiders to find a way to get the job done at home in Week 10.
Washington Commanders vs. Seattle Seahawks (-6)
The Seattle Seahawks are coming off a disappointing loss on the road to the Baltimore Ravens. The Seahawks will look to respond at home against the Washington Commanders, but that won't be easy. The Commanders are quietly playing some good football, even if their record doesn't necessarily reflect that. The Seahawks are listed as a six-point favorite, and that number is too big in our eyes. Commanders cover.
Cleveland Browns vs. Baltimore Ravens (-6)
You can make a real case that the Baltimore Ravens are playing like the best team in the NFL. They've already humiliated the Cleveland Browns on the road this season. What will be different this time? For starters, the Browns' defense is playing at a different level and built confidence last week against Arizona. Secondly, the Browns have either won outright or kept the game within six points in four of their last five matchups against Baltimore. We like for history to repeat itself.
Denver Broncos vs. Buffalo Bills (-7.5)
To say that inconsistencies have hindered the Buffalo Bills in 2023 would be an understatement. This team has not shown its true colors as a supposed Super Bowl contender. As much as the Denver Broncos have been a punchline in 2023, they've quietly won two in a row, including a victory over the Kansas City Chiefs. In addition, the Broncos are coming off a bye week, which should work in their favor. Buffalo is the better team, but Denver keeps it within a touchdown.
Tennessee Titans vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (-1.5)
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Tennessee Titans are set to clash in Week 10. The Buccaneers are listed as a slight 1.5-point home favorite. Tampa Bay didn't look the part of defense first team in Week 9 against Houston, leading to rookie signal-caller C.J. Stroud constantly tearing up their secondary. Is it possible Will Levis does the same on Sunday? We think so, and like the Titans to win this game outright.
