1. Atlanta Hawks: Alex Sarr, France
There isn't a definitive top prospect for the Atlanta Hawks to target, but Alex Sarr is seen as the player with the highest potential. At 7'1", Sarr is already regarded as an NBA-ready defender, though his offensive game is still a work in progress. Nevertheless, he possesses all the necessary tools to potentially develop into an All-Star.
2. Washington Wizards: Zaccharie Risacher, France
The Washington Wizards need as many high-upside players as possible, and Zaccharie Risacher would provide another valuable piece to develop. Risacher has the traits and frame to evolve into a star, but he needs time, which the Wizards can afford to give him.
3. Houston Rockets: Reed Sheppard, Kentucky
Although the Houston Rockets have plenty of guards in the mix, talent wins out here. The Rockets are in need of shooters, and Reed Sheppard adds that.
4. San Antonio Spurs: Rob Dillingham, Kentucky
With two selections in the top 10, the San Antonio Spurs need to get these picks right. Rob Dillingham gives them a strong guard option that can add to their youthful core.
5. Detroit Pistons: Stephon Castle, UConn
It's hard to pinpoint exactly what direction the Detroit Pistons will land on here. There's merits to adding to their frontcourt or backcourt. The Pistons ultimately select Stephon Castle.
6. Charlotte Hornets: Donovan Clingan, UConn
With what the Charlotte Hornets have started to build, it's not hard to envision Donovan Clingan adding a piece to their frontcourt that's currently missing here. Clingan ramped up his draft stock with a strong year.
7. Portland Trail Blazers: Matas Buzelis, G-Leauge Ignite
There are multiple directions that the Portland Trail Blazers can go here. The Blazers looking towards adding a wing won't be a shock, but they surprise here with the selection of Matas Buzelis.

With knee concerns surrounding Nikola Topic, it's hard to say exactly what range of the 2024 NBA Draft he'll be selected in. The Spurs swing for the fences and hope it pays off.

After a year filled with injuries, it won't be surprised to see the Memphis Grizzlies bounce back in a big way next season. Dalton Knecht gives them a player that can jump into the rotation immediately.

It's hard to pinpoint exactly which area the Utah Jazz will look to upgrade. Cody Williams has the NBA genes, and is a player who should help their frontcourt for the foreseeable future.

The Chicago Bulls could use a dynamic presence on the wing, and Ron Holland, with his 6’8” frame, can provide that right away. The Bulls need more balance to their rotation.
12. OKC Thunder: Tidjane Salaun, France
Tidjane Salaun had a strong showing in the French LNB playoffs, leading to his draft stock rising. The Thunder make their presence felt at the podium with this selection.
13. Sacramento Kings: Ja’Kobe Walter, Baylor
There's a lot to like about Ja'Kobe Walter, especially with the versatility that he provides defensively. He's not shy to shoot the basketball, and can contribute alongside a solid Kings core.
14. Portland Trail Blazers: Zach Edey, Purdue
It's hard to lineup exactly where Zach Edey will land in the 2024 NBA Draft. The Blazers can use some depth at this position, and even if Edey is no lock to pan out, the upside is there.
15. Miami Heat: Jared McCain, Duke
Even though the Miami Heat dealt with injuries in the postseason, one thing remains clear with this group, they need more scoring punch. Jared McCain feels like the type of prospect the Heat gamble on.

Tristan da Silva has the ability to shoot from anywhere on the court and defend any position. While his game is still developing, a 6'9" 3-and-D player is always incredibly valuable.
