10) CB Tyler Turner, Oregon
Tyler Turner committed to Oregon as a four-star recruit out of high school. The talented safety hasn't had much of an opportunity to play, considering the Ducks' loaded secondary. However, the talent is still there, and he could develop into a reliable option in a different program.

1) WR Kevin Coleman Jr., Mississippi State
Kevin Coleman Jr. was a late addition to the transfer portal on Wednesday, but he certainly will rise to the top of available names. The wideout emerged into a star in his lone year with the Bulldogs, finishing the season with 932 receiving yards and six touchdowns. Coleman Jr. enters the portal looking to build off his career year with a top program, and he'll have many suitors looking to give him that opportunity.
2) CB Tacario Davis, Arizona
Tacario Davis is one of the more recent entries to the transfer portal, and he'll almost immediately become a top priority for contending teams. The lengthy defender is a big-time player in the secondary at six-foot-four. Last offseason, Davis entered his name into the portal before withdrawing after months of contemplation. Nonetheless, in the right program, he can excel, and that's exactly what he's looking to do.
3) EDGE Marvin Jones Jr., Florida State
After two seasons with the Georgia Bulldogs, Marvin Jones Jr. opted to transfer to Florida State last season in hopes of making a more significant impact. The former five-star recruit finished the season with 25 tackles, four sacks, and one forced fumble in his lone season with the Seminoles. However, after a poor season in Tallahassee, the pass rusher again hits the portal.
4) WR Kris Hutson, Washington State
Kris Hutson spent four seasons at Oregon before transferring to Washington State last offseason. The wide receiver put together a career year with the Cougars, bringing in 54 receptions for 683 receiving yards and two touchdowns. Now, Hutson has hit the portal and wants to expand his role with a new program.
5) WR Duce Robinson, USC
Duce Robinson committed to USC as a five-star recruit in his respective recruiting class. However, in two seasons with the Trojans, the wide receiver has yet to impact the field significantly. Looking for a fresh start, the rising junior heads to the portal.
6) OT Alex Wollschlaeger, Bowling Green
Alex Wollschlager may not be a name many people know, but the offensive lineman will be a hot commodity on the portal market. At six-foot-seven, the reigning first-team All-MAC selection will provide a much-needed anchor in the trenches for whichever team lands the offensive tackle.
7) QB Fernando Mendoza, California
Fernando Mendoza has spent two seasons at Cal, where he's quietly impressed, especially this season. Mendoza finished the season with 16 passing touchdowns and only six interceptions. While the stats don't stand out, considering the talent he had surrounding him on offense, Mendoza has shown he can be a more than capable game manager.
8) WR Andrel Anthony, Oklahoma
Andrel Anthony spent two seasons at Michigan before transferring to Oklahoma, where he was hoping to showcase what he had to offer. However, Anthony has struggled to find a consistent role after two seasons with the Sooners. Now, he hits the transfer portal, seeking another fresh start.
9) EDGE Enai White, Texas A&M
Enai White has spent two seasons at Texas A&M, where he's made little impact. White was a top-50 recruit in the 2022 class, and while he hasn't shown what he's capable of yet, the pass rusher is hoping a fresh start will allow him to do so.
