Terry McLaurin Over 64.5 Receiving Yards
Terry McLaurin has benefited immensely from having Jayden Daniels under center. The two-time Pro Bowler is coming off his fifth-straight 1,000-yard season, setting new career highs in touchdowns and catch rate. He's parlayed that regular season success into two outstanding playoff performances, a trend that should persist into the NFC Championship.
In two playoff games, the Commanders' top receiver has totaled 176 receiving yards on 11 receptions. Not surprisingly, he remains Daniels' most targeted receiver, soaking a 24.2% target share over that span. He's poised to maintain that workload and production, correlating with the over on Daniels' passing prop.
Washington needs McLaurin at his best, but thankfully, that's all he's delivered recently. His low receiving yard total doesn't reflect his ceiling. Bettors can benefit by taking over 64.5 receiving yards.

Jayden Daniels Under 54.5 Rushing Yards
Commanders vs. Eagles Odds & Predictions, Free Picks, Prop Bets Today & Injury Updates
The Washington Commanders will need to find a way to move the ball downfield if they hope to escape the NFC Championship Game with a win. Jayden Daniels has been a boon for the Commanders. Assuredly, he'll enjoy moderate success in moving the ball, but it won't be with his legs.
Daniels is a free-range quarterback. The rookie pivot accumulated 148 rushing attempts in 17 regular-season games and 29 more through his first two playoff appearances. Still, his production has taken a hit in the latter stages of the campaign. Daniels has just 87 rushing yards over his last two games, equaling a paltry 3.0 yards per carry. Moreover, that average is unlikely to improve against a stout Philadelphia Eagles defense.
When these teams met in Philadelphia back in Week 11, Daniels mustered just 18 rushing yards on seven carries. His previous performance represents the low bar for what to expect, but we don't see Daniels eclipsing 54.5 on Sunday.

Marshon Lattimore to Record an Interception +750
It doesn't happen often, but we're betting on Jalen Hurts throwing an interception in the NFC Championship. What better man to pick off the Eagles' quarterback than Marshon Lattimore?
Lattimore has earned a well-deserved reputation as one of the best shutdown cornerbacks in the league. While his time in a Commanders' uniform has been short and maligned with injuries, Lattimore has maintained those lofty standards in Washington. The four-time Pro Bowler allows an impressive 50.0% catch rate with three pass deflections.
Interceptions have become more infrequent for Lattimore, but he likely draws the assignment of defending the beleaguered A.J. Brown. With that, we see him cashing as a +750 longshot to record an interception.
Austin Ekeler Over 18.5 Rushing Yards
Brian Robinson Jr. burst out of the gates this season. However, he's been less successful at running the ball as the season progressed. Still, we've seen Austin Ekeler earn a more prominent role, bolstering his chances of surpassing his rushing total against the Eagles.
Injuries kept him out of the lineup for all of December, but that hasn't impacted his effectiveness since returning. Ekeler has 17 rush attempts over the last three games, totaling 86 yards over that stretch, with all but 12 of those yards coming in the playoffs. Altogether, that's yielded a respectable 5.1 yards per carry and afforded Washington a more dynamic backfield.
The Commanders are prioritizing getting Ekeler the ball. He's had a more equal workload in the playoffs and should continue that upward trajectory in Philadelphia. We're taking a position on him eclipsing 18.5 rushing yards in the NFC Championship Game.

Jayden Daniels Over 223.5 Passing Yards
As mentioned, Jayden Daniels faces a daunting task in breaking through the Eagles' defensive front. Still, his outlook in the passing game is much more promising.
Daniels enters Sunday's tilt with a modest 223.5 passing yard prop. That total reflects Philadelphia's top-end pass defense. However, the Eagles have looked much more beatable in the playoffs. Last week, the NFC East winners gave up 324 passing yards to Matthew Stafford. The week prior, Jordan Love managed 212 yards without his top receivers on the field. As such, Daniels can easily surpass his total at Lincoln Financial Field.
The Commanders' quarterback has thrown for no fewer than 268 yards this postseason. Further, he's dialed in with an impressive 69.7% completion rating. All signs point toward another robust passing performance from Daniels, leaving an edge in taking the over.
