1. Cincinnati Bengals
After picking up their first win of the season against Carolina in Week 4, the Cincinnati Bengals are finally on the board in the win column. Whether or not the Bengals can continue their momentum into Sunday's divisional clash with the Baltimore Ravens will be very telling.

2. Los Angeles Rams
The Los Angeles Rams aren't a team I'm ready to give up on in 2024. If they can continue to get some players back on both sides of the football, they can still make some noise in the NFC.
3. Cleveland Browns
The Cleveland Browns have had a very puzzling first four weeks of the NFL season. Their defense hasn't looked like a top threat in the league, and this offense has been putrid. It's hard to have a ton of faith in this group, but the defense does have the tools to carry the load.
4. Miami Dolphins
The entire premise of the Miami Dolphins being placed in this spot revolves around the eventual return of Tua Tagovailoa. The offense can't operate without him under center, and according to reports, he's been symptom-free after his most recent concussion. The issue for Miami is that the damage might be too much when he returns.

5. Arizona Cardinals
I was fairly high on the Arizona Cardinals offense entering the 2024. They've been inconsistent to this point, and with a defense that doesn't have a ton of talent, it's hard to be bullish about this team a unit. Can the Cardinals turn things around before it's too late?
6. New York Giants
Although the New York Giants aren't likely heading to the postseason, there's at least parts of this roster to get excited about for the future with. If the Giants can find their franchise quarterback in the 2025 NFL Draft, they might find their way back to the dance.

7. Tennessee Titans
The Tennessee Titans picked up their first victory of the season on Monday Night Football against the Miami Dolphins. Even if they showed promise in the win, there's been too many inconsistencies with this group to envision them getting back in the postseason picture.
8. Carolina Panthers
The Carolina Panthers have at least looked competent offensively with Andy Dalton under center. That says a lot. Still, the defense isn't anything to write home about, and this team is once again headed for another high draft pick. The good news is that this time, the Panthers have their first round pick.
9. New England Patriots
The offense for New England is problematic at best. It's hard to envision them turning over the keys to their rookie quarterback with how their offensive line is performing. The defense has some bright spots, but this team isn't going anywhere this season.
