JETS Jets, Jets, Jets. Was it an ugly game in the Meadowlands this past weekend? Yes, it was, but the Jets did pick up a victory. I don't know how they did it. The quarterback threw for like 3 yards in that game. Well, that's what happens when you are opportunistic on special teams and returning touchdowns here to help your team out. We don't know if that's gonna. It happened on Thursday night, but you know what we do know? Aaron Glenn likes to talk about his quarterbacks but doesn't really like it and tries to play the game. Here's Aaron Glenn. Other than that, oh, I would say this, please don't ask me anything about the quarterbacks you know I'm not gonna tell you and I don't wanna, I don't wanna waste my time when it comes to that, when it comes to who's uh who's start and so, um, any other questions? Aaron, after watching the tape, uh, how would you evaluate the way Justin played yesterday? You know what, collectively, um, as an offense, I think we did some good things. Uh, the thing is when you get two returns like that, uh, on special teams, the offense doesn't have a, a, a good amount of plays, um, especially in the passing game we only threw 11 pass. I think he was 6 of 11, uh. Obviously there's some things that we gotta clean up there, uh, but there are also some good things that he did. I know he threw the one pick. I will say this I was happy that he tried to force the ball, get the ball downfield in that situation. I thought Cleveland did a hell of a job in that coverage today. They ran this inverted to where the safety would end up being a middle runner, um, and I thought they did a good job with that. Look, when your quarterback is 6 from 11, there's an issue there. It's easy for us to say like what you can and can't talk about. There's no competitive advantage for him saying, well, I'm not gonna say Ty Rod for Thursday or Justin Fields. Just admit it and move on at this point. Or maybe the broader spectrums, Joe, is they finally have the avenue to say, yeah, Justin Fields is gonna start. He's terrible. We can't say we're tanking, but just having Justin Fields out there means we're tanking, or at least trying to, Joe. Donny, if by, if by week 11, uh, you're starting off the presser by telling us that don't ask me about the quarterback. Well, there's no reason to because you simply don't have a quarterback then. That's the issue. If we're not talking about the most important position. On the field, that means you don't have one. So that means it doesn't matter who you choose one way or the other. No defense is gonna be like, oh my God, we're gonna have to stay up extra hours now trying to prep for two quarter. You don't have a quarterback on the Jets. Who are we kidding here, Donnie?
