Brock Purdy delivered late, despite poor play
Brock Purdy had one of his worst performances of the year on Saturday. Purdy struggled nearly all night to deliver good balls, but toward the end of the game, Mr. Irrelevant finally seemed to find a rhythm, leading San Francisco down the field for a game-winning touchdown drive. However, with the second-year man struggling in lousy weather games this season, there’s concern about what version of Purdy the 49ers will get. As the Iowa State product looks to prove he’s not just a system quarterback, he’ll need to perform better in big games.
