6 Anytime Touchdown Bets You Need to Place for Saturday

Jonathan Taylor TD & Colts +7.5 (-110)
Jonathan Taylor is -180 to find the endzone, which we certainly won’t be betting. However, it’s wholly warranted as Taylor has rushed for five touchdowns over the last four weeks and has owned the Texans in his career, averaging 125 rushing yards across five games. I’m expecting Taylor to receive a heavy workload Saturday night, so I’ll parlay him with an alternate spread of Colts +7.5 as I’m expecting a close game, getting a fair price at -110. For me, this will be a two-unit play.
Najee Harris (+150)
The Pittsburgh Steelers’ once-nonexistent offense has come to life these past two weeks. With Mason Rudolph at the helm, they have averaged 32 points per game. In that stretch, Najee Harris has combined for three touchdowns and now faces a Ravens’ defense that could be sitting everyone. The Steelers need a win to keep their playoff hopes alive, so at +150, the value is there on Harris to find the endzone, knowing his heavy workload these past two weeks.
Melvin Gordon III (+270)
Melvin Gordon came in late last week as the Ravens routed the Dolphins and found his way into the endzone. We should see more of the same this week. It would be a surprise if Gus Edwards saw more than a few carries, if any. We're also not expecting a serious Justice Hill workload, knowing he will have a vital role in the offense come playoff time. Gordon will become the lead back at some point in the game, so getting him at +270 is an excellent number.
George Pickens (+260)
George Pickens and Mason Rudolph have been dialed in with each other the past two weeks, where Pickens has been one of the most productive wide receivers in football. He’s combined for 326 yards off only 11 receptions in that stretch. I’m even more intrigued by his volume last week, where he had seven receptions off nine targets without a touchdown. Assuming he sees a similar target count in a must-win, getting him at +260 is a steal in my book.
Gardner Minshew (+600)
At +600, why not? Gardner Minshew has rushed for three touchdowns this season, including against the Texans earlier this year. Houston's defense has allowed the most rushing touchdowns to opposing quarterbacks this season. That's mainly because Anthony Richardson ran for two scores in their previous matchup before Minshew came in and ran for his. Shane Steichen may have a similar philosophy in the red zone this week, making this a must-bet for me.
Nico Collins (+115)
Nico Collins has only had four touchdowns over the past seven weeks, but he's definitively CJ Stroud's number-one option through the air. Both Robert Woods and Noah Brown are questionable heading into Saturday night, and Dalton Schultz's production has been all over the place. That said, expect extra volume to be headed for Collins, knowing Stroud will rely on his most trusted weapon in a do-or-die setting. I wish we were getting a better number than +115, but the total is considerably high at 47.5, so I'd recommend parlaying him to find the endzone with Jonathan Taylor if you want extra value.
