All-Star Game MVP: Anthony Edwards (+900)
You're telling me that Anthony Edwards isn't built to dominate an All-Star game? He can make baskets from anywhere on the floor, pull off any flashy dunk he wants, and has the confidence to lead the game in shots. Despite being a reserve, Minnesota's Chris Finch will be coaching the West, so I anticipate Edwards seeing borderline starter minutes, and if he gets hot, I expect that to grow even more. Looking at the other options in the West, I wouldn't say I like the price I'm getting on Curry and LeBron, while Doncic and Jokic don't necessarily scream out as big-time All-Star game performers. Durant and Booker are two guys I won't discount, but Edwards's coach handling substitutions is too much to ignore. At +900, let's ride.
However, if you think the East can pull off the upset, Donovan Mitchell at +2000 is where I'd go with an MVP selection.
