Boogie Fland immediately becomes a top player available after deciding to enter the transfer portal on Tuesday. The six-foot-two guard averaged 13.5 points, 5.1 assists, and 3.2 rebounds in his freshman season at Arkansas. Mayo averaged 14.6 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 2.9 assists in his lone year at Kansas, and now enters the transfer portal, where he'll quickly gain interest.
4) G Rodney Rice, (Maryland -> USC)
Rodney Rice transferred to Maryland after spending his freshman season at Virginia Tech. The guard put together a career-year with the Terrapins, averaging 13.8 points, 2.2 rebounds, and 2.1 assists, shooting 43.4% from field goal range and 37.4% from three. He lands at USC, where he'll suit up for the Trojans next season.
