I'm bullish on teams with the potential for their quarterbacks to explode onto the scene and make an immediate contribution. Jackson Arnold could be the guy to do that for the Oklahoma Sooners. It's far from certain, but if Arnold hits as a quarterback, the Sooners will be in good shape in 2024.

I've already mentioned that I'm bullish about the Tennessee Volunteers and have given them a real shot at winning a national championship with Nico Iamaleava as their starting signal-caller.
