5) Lane Kiffin Has Rallied His Squad at the Right Time
Lane Kiffin caught a lot of flack after the Rebels' loss to Kentucky early in the season and again after their loss to LSU last month. However, the head coach has continued to put his team in a position to win regardless of how slim their postseason chances looked at times. Now, with a win against Georgia, the Rebels and Kiffin have the opportunity to control their own destiny if they can win their final two games of the year.

5 Things I Learned About the Ole Miss Rebels in Week 11
The Ole Miss Rebels are coming off their most impressive win of the season with a big-time victory over the No. 3 ranked Georgia Bulldogs. In a matchup that could make or break their playoff hopes, the Rebels rose to the occasion and kept their postseason hunt alive. Following the win, Ole Miss sits at No. 10 in the updated AP Top 25 rankings as they look to run the table down the stretch. Nonetheless, after the Rebels win over the Bulldogs, I learned five things.
1) Ole Miss has a Deep WR Room
Ole Miss entered this matchup without their lead wide receiver, Tre Harris. Despite that, the Rebels wide receiver room came to play and still performed at a high level against one of the nation's best defenses. With Cayden Lee and Jordan Watkins stepping up, their role could continue to increase when Harris does return, which will only make Ole Miss more dangerous to defend for opposing teams.
2) Jaxson Dart Can Lead Ole Miss on a Playoff Run
Jaxson Dart is often overlooked when discussing the top quarterbacks in the nation. On Saturday, he went head-to-head with who many consider the top quarterback in this upcoming NFL Draft class, Carson Beck, and it's safe to say the Ole Miss quarterback outplayed him. Dart finished the matchup with 199 passing yards, one touchdown, and one interception. In addition to the passing game, the senior rushed for 50 yards on the ground. Although his stat line may not look that impressive, the quarterback played well enough to put his team in a winning position against one of the top contenders in the nation. If Ole Miss does make the College Football Playoff cut, Dart has shown he can be relied on to get the job done.
3) The Rebels Miss Henry Parrish Jr.
Ole Miss entered this matchup without their starting running back, Henry Parrish Jr. The shifty runner was injured during the Bulldogs Week 10 win over the Florida Gators and is expected to miss the rest of the season. Against Georgia, it was evident that the team's rushing attack took a significant hit. The Rebels rushed for 134 yards against the Bulldogs, with Dart being their lead rusher (50 rushing yards). Aside from the quarterback, the team's lead running back, Ulysses Bentley IV, averaged 2.2 yards per carry with 13 rushing attempts and 28 yards. If the Rebels offense hopes to make a postseason run, they'll have to find a reliable option out of the backfield.
4) Ole Miss's Defense is Stepping Up
Ole Miss entered the season with high expectations for their defense after a monster offseason through the transfer portal. At times, the Rebels' defense looked the part, and other times their inconsistencies showed. However, against Georgia, Ole Miss managed to put together their best performance defensively. The Rebels forced three turnovers (two fumbles, one interception), limited Beck to under 200 passing yards, and allowed only 59 rushing yards. An absolute dominant performance from the Rebels defense was a key to the SEC win.
