9) Memphis Tigers (9-2)
The Tigers have been overlooked for most of the season, but that hasn't changed their attitude toward playing for one another throughout the long year. Memphis is 9-2 and managed to be in the AP Top 25 at one point. While they won't make the postseason or even win their conference, they still managed to round out this list as a top-two-loss squad.

1) Georgia Bulldogs (9-2)
The Georgia Bulldogs have had one of the wildest seasons in recent memory under Kirby Smart. At one point, their loss to Alabama looked like they may not be the best team in the SEC. Then, the Bulldogs stunned Texas and put the nation on notice. Shortly after, UGA fell short to Ole Miss, and their postseason hopes looked to be in doubt. However, after knocking off Tennessee and a huge week of upsets, the Bulldogs are seemingly in a prime spot to land in the postseason with their balanced roster.
Odds to Win SEC Championship: Georgia -145

2) Tennessee Volunteers (9-2)
Tennessee is another team that was granted a break with a week full of upsets in Week 13. The Volunteers went from being on the outside looking in to the CFP to nearly being a lock to make the postseason if they can knock off Vanderbilt to close the season. If the Vols do punch their ticket to the playoffs, they will be a team nobody wants to play because, at their best, they have the talent to run the table.
Odds to Make the CFP: Tennessee -480
3) Clemson Tigers (9-2)
The Clemson Tigers shot themselves in the foot with their loss to Louisville a few weeks back. If they had won the ACC Championship, Clemson would've had a chance to punch their ticket to the postseason and for a top seed. However, now they must beat a red-hot South Carolina team to give themselves a slight chance to get into the postseason. Nonetheless, the Tigers are still a top 2-loss team in the nation.
Odds to Make the CFP: Clemson +142
4) Arizona State Sun Devils (9-2)
Arizona State has emerged in playoff conversations over the last couple of weeks after emerging in the Big 12 Conference. With a win over BYU last week and a few upsets among the Top 12, the Sun Devils have a big opportunity ahead of them to end the season on a high note and clinch a spot in the playoffs.
Odds to Make the CFP: Arizona State +134
5) Iowa State Cyclones (9-2)
At one point, Iowa State seemed like a lock to represent the Big 12 in the College Football Playoffs. However, the Cyclones tumbled down the rankings after a two-game losing streak. After a resurgence over the last few weeks, Iowa State has climbed back into the conversation. Between their consistent offense and a defense that gets the job done, ISU would be an exciting program to watch. Nonetheless, the odds to see them in the playoffs seem slim despite how good they've been most of the season.
Odds to Make the CFP: Iowa State +260
6) BYU Cougars (9-2)
BYU has fallen down in the rankings after consecutive losses to Kansas and Arizona State over the last couple of weeks. However, the Cougars still have a chance to punch their ticket to the playoffs, but they'll need some luck to do it. Despite that, the Cougars have impressed for the majority of the season and still find themselves on the 2-loss list, which is a win of its own.
Odds to Make the CFP: BYU +320
7) Tulane Green Wave (9-2)
Tulane has been another team that has emerged over the last couple of weeks. The Green Wave have quietly been stacking wins all season long, and they have the chance to put together a ten-win season after losing their starting quarterback to the NFL Draft in the offseason. Not to mention, they still have the opportunity to represent the Group of Five in the CFP.
Odds to Make the CFP: Tulane +410
8) UNLV Rebels (9-2)
UNLV is another squad that dealt with losing their starting quarterback, but for them, it happened midseason and to the transfer portal. Despite that, the Rebels have continuously shown their grit after weekly wins. Their only losses have come down to the wire, and they've shown that they can compete with any squad.
Odds to Make the CFP: UNLV +880
9) Memphis Tigers (9-2)
The Tigers have been overlooked for most of the season, but that hasn't changed their attitude toward playing for one another throughout the long year. Memphis is 9-2 and managed to be in the AP Top 25 at one point. While they won't make the postseason or even win their conference, they still managed to round out this list as a top-two-loss squad.
