All the Indianapolis Colts seem to do is score points, score points, and score more points. They have the heavy front-runner for Offensive Player of the Year in Jonathan Taylor, a top-five MVP candidate in Daniel Jones, and the leading coach of the year candidate in Shane Steichen. They are the definition of a well-oiled machine and possess the best record in the NFL. I would not want to face the Colts in the AFC playoffs this year.

#2 Detroit Lions
The Detroit Lions remain No. 2 in this week's power rankings despite their bye week. Their defense is starting to get healthier, and the offense has fully hit its stride. They have an opportunity over the next couple of weeks to gain even more confidence against two vulnerable opponents.
#3 Philadelphia Eagles
The Philadelphia Eagles remembered what made them so successful last season and stuck to that exact game plan this past Sunday against the Giants' nonexistent run defense. Saquon Barkley had his first 100-yard rushing game of the season, and the team reached nearly 300 yards on the ground. The Eagles look back on track after a rough couple of weeks in early October.
#4 Green Bay Packers
The Packers' defense is starting to find its identity, which is not good news for the rest of the NFC. When they get out to a lead, it allows Micah Parsons and Rashan Gary to wreak havoc on opposing quarterbacks. Combine that with the continued evolution of Jordan Love and this offense, and the Packers are one of the most dangerous teams in football.

The Buffalo Bills desperately needed a 'get-right' spot following their bye week and a two-game skid, and that's exactly what they got with a dominant 40-9 win over the Carolina Panthers. Now sitting back at 5-2, Buffalo now gears up for their biggest game of the regular season as it takes on the Chiefs this upcoming Sunday.
#6 Denver Broncos
The Broncos followed up their miracle win last week with a less drama-filled 44-24 win over the Cowboys on Sunday. The Broncos' offense seems to have found its stride and now sits alone in first place in the AFC West. Can Bo Nix sustain this level of play? If he can, with Denver's defense, watch out.
#7 Kansas City Chiefs
After a rough start to the season, the Kansas City Chiefs have officially hit their stride over the past few weeks and took care of business last night against a backup quarterback with a dominant 28-7 victory over the Commanders. With their full complement of weapons back on offense, they will be extremely tough to beat.
#8 Los Angeles Rams
The Rams enjoyed their bye week in Week 8, but remain firm in the top ten in this week's power rankings. Los Angeles outscored the Ravens and the Jaguars 52-10 in Weeks 6 and 7. They remain as dangerous as anyone in the NFC.

The New England Patriots under Mike Vrabel and Drake Maye have turned the fortunes of the franchise around. While their schedule has been extremely favorable, you can only play the teams in front of you, and the Patriots have done exactly what a top-10 team in the league is supposed to do against lesser opponents.
