1. WR Kadarius Toney, Kansas City Chiefs
When the Kansas City Chiefs acquired Kadarius Toney from the New York Giants, it was an upside play when you factor in the cost. Toney finished his Chiefs tenure in underwhelming fashion. Will another team take a shot on Toney at this stage?
2. WR Noah Brown, Houston Texans
Noah Brown has shown some signs of being productive in the NFL. The Houston Texans felt comfortable enough with the depth in the wide receiver room, and Brown now finds himself with the Washington Commanders.
3. RB D'Onta Foreman, Cleveland Browns
There are certainly some question marks as to why the Cleveland Browns released running back D'Onta Foreman. The Browns running back room is thin, especially with Nick Chubb heading to the PUP list. Let's keep an eye on this one and see if they revisit.
4. WR Tim Patrick, Denver Broncos
Tim Patrick's inability to stay on the football field helped other wideouts pass him in the pecking order in Denver. Patrick should still find a role elsewhere, but it'll be on him to produce and earn more snaps.
5. QB Bailey Zappe, New England Patriots
We could have seen the New England Patriots opt to keep four quarterbacks, but they chose to let Bailey Zappe try and find a new home. Zappe is an intriguing candidate to be a potential backup elsewhere.

6. S Lewis Cine, Minnesota Vikings
Lewis Cine was never able to find any sort of consistency during his limited tenure with the Minnesota Vikings. It won't be a surprise to see him get another chance in an NFL secondary. Cine is expected to land on the Buffalo Bills practice squad.
7. QB Desmond Ridder, Arizona Cardinals
Desmond Ridder hasn't proven that he belongs in an NFL quarterback room. He was gifted multiple chances by the Atlanta Falcons, and didn't impress during his short stint with the Arizona Cardinals.
8. RB Michael Carter, Arizona Cardinals
With rookie running back Trey Benson making some noise for the Arizona Cardinals in camp, the team felt comfortable with their depth and opted to move on from Michael Carter.
9. CB Caleb Farley, Tennessee Titans
We never got to see former first round pick Caleb Farley reach his potential with the Tennessee Titans. The potential is still there, and he might just need a new home.
10. WR Allen Robinson II, New York Giants
It was somewhat of a surprise to see the New York Giants move on from veteran slot receiver Allen Robinson II. Will he find a new home?
