The title for biggest moneyline favorite in Week 2 belongs to the Buffalo Bills, where they’re priced at -500 against the Las Vegas Raiders. The Raiders manager to sneak out a victory in Week 1, but they’re still a significant underdog in Week at home against the Bills. 

Eagles (-357) vs. Vikings 

The Philadelphia Eagles are the second-biggest moneyline favorite in Week 2 at -357 when they play host to the Minnesota Vikings. The Eagles snuck by the New England Patriots on the road in Week 1, while the Vikings were upset at home by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. 

49ers (-333) vs. Rams

Lions (-250) vs. Seahawks 

The Detroit Lions entered Kansas City and upset the defending Super Bowl champs in Week 1. The Lions are set to collide with the Seattle Seahawks in Week 2 as the fourth-biggest moneyline favorite at -250. Seattle struggled in their Week 1 loss against the Los Angeles Rams.
