The Arizona Cardinals are the second-biggest underdogs in Week 1 when visiting the Washington Commanders. The Cardinals are seven-point underdogs and registered an 8-9 record against the spread in 2022.
3. Detroit Lions (+6.5) vs. Kansas City Chiefs (-6.5)
